I am a long time customer of Feeders Supply & love to support local stores. Having numerous stores around town is also a convenience. The only thing you could improve is tagging customers who are seniors so they could get their discount online & in the stores without asking.

1920 US-68, XeniaThis place offers phenomenal service and care. From my first phone call to establish care I have felt very comfortable. Everyone that answers the phone is always so kind and patient. My 9yo dog just had surgery to remove a mass. Dr. Clark and the vet team did a wonderful job taking care of my boy Ollie. Their love for animals is very apparent here and am so happy I made the transition after many years of paying a monthly fee at Banfield. This place is so so much better. Thank you all so much for taking care of my babies.

They care deeply not just about finding the right dog for a family, it also for the family that is the perfect fit for their dogs. They recommended a puppy that would be a good fit based on our previous experience trying to adopt. We were hesitant when they shared that this puppy was already 50 lbs at 6 months old. They shared everything about him and we moved forward with meeting and adopting him. It's only been a few days together, but he is perfect for our family! I've never seen our 6 year old dog so active and playful before. At the introduction, Regina and Julianne shared that the interactions all seemed positive, and they were right. They care deeply about finding the perfect home for their rescues!

They truly care about the animals treat them with the upmost care and respect. Our dog Finn has several dogs he plays with and really enjoys his time there

207 Dayton Ave, XeniaI've been a foster with this organization for 7 years now. I've fostered 15 dogs during my time as a foster so far. The dogs are all extremely well cared for and loved by all volunteers and staff. The organization relies heavily on volunteers and they have many who come help with things ranging from doing dishes, taking dogs to the fields to play, and fostering. Over the last couple years I have seen huge improvements in the way the organization has been run, due to the change in the CEO. The old CEO was rude and could be hard to get along with. As a foster I love getting to train the dogs, educate the public on service dogs and meet the client families who get their service dogs through us. There are still some communication issues that could be improved on when it comes to the staff and fosters, but overall I've been extremely pleased with my experience. It seems as though with the new leadership, improvements will continue to be made to make everyone's experience even better!
