Emily did a great job lightening up my hair and making it look super natural!! It was my first time going since I just moved to the area. She also had great suggestions on keeping my hair healthy. She was also super easy to talk to which made the time fly. I’ll be back & I’ll probably have her lighten it up even more next time :)

Jennifer preformed the new head spa scalp facial on me today and it was magical, she gave a very detailed microscopic scalp analysis first, then started the relaxation treatment. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. From the weighted blanket to the steamer & eye mask also the extended scalp massage it was a beautiful service! I will be making this a regular treat to myself!

I've only had 1 good experience here, otherwise I've tried to book an appointment here 3-4 other times and have had every appointment cancelled for one reason or another. Not sure what's going on, but I've gotten the message and will never be going here again. Severely disappointed

I loved the feel of this salon. I’d tried a few others around town. But this one felt like they took the time to understand me and what I was wanting. I’d been searching for a new stylist since moving to town a few months ago. The mother daughter duo here is amazing.

Emily is the best hair/lash lady i have everrrrr had. She makes the whole environment comfortable enough for conversation, and even if you don’t want a conversation, she will respect that. Ohio Roots Salon is inside the Bombshell Culture Salon and Spa. Jennifer DeHaven is my cosmetologist and she does a wonderful job. My hair highlights were fantastic and the color was awesome! Absolutely recommend! If you're looking for blonde, Jennifer is the one to go to! She did an absolutely amazing job with the way my hair turned out. This was my first time at the salon, and it was very fun and professional. I enjoyed my experience and will always be coming back here. 15/10 Recommend!!!

This was my first time visiting Ohio Roots. Everyone was very nice however, I felt like Emily was unprofessional. She cursed quite a bit which made me feel uncomfortable.She was not the only one, the lady in the salon who does nails was cursing as well. Not to mentioned Emily was 10 minutes late and reeked of weed when she came in. I definitely caught her on a bad day as she was dealing with a personal situation which she chose to discuss with me as I was sitting in the chair. I didn’t mind discussing this with her and honestly wish I could’ve helped in some way. Between the showing up late, smelling like weed and cursing in every other sentence, it really wasn’t a relaxing experience for me.Obviously not my type of environment but to each their own. I don’t think I will be returning.
