If lowes in Xenia had management like Wilmington it would be so better. Lowes can't even transfer a call in Xenia
The next dept. does not answer the call they pick up and put your call on hold but do not speak to you.
The pro desk in Xenia is worthless to call.
Cory hung up while I asked her a question.
I've called 6 times and never have received a live person and No your not busy just lazy.

Don't use their same day delivery service. They sub out same day deliveries, and the contracted drivers will not observe delivery instructions. I asked that some drywall be delivered to the garage entrance in the alley. The driver said they only make deliveries to the front porch. Would have taken a few minutes to drive around to the alley. Instead, it took me hours to haul the drywall piece by piece across the lawn to the garage. Driver also slid the drywall across the non-skid surface of my porch, giving it a nice, coarse grit sanding.

6/27/24 sadly there is now ONLY self check out. I left my $45 purchase on the counter. I got the same thing from Home Depot online at the same price. Free delivery

Eric and Nancy or Nelly I can’t remember her name. She has shorter hair, red sparkly nail. She was amazing, she helped me unload and scan all of my items and there was a lot. She was so nice to my hyper 5 year old she let him jabber on about Dino’s and the human body while she checked us out.
Eric was amazing as well he helped us figure out how we were going to install our dishwasher we talked to him for about 30minutes he was very informative and knowledgeable. Then when I had to bring the power scooter back into the store because my wife broke her leg I couldn’t get it parked so he helped me swing it back into the corner! The customer care at the store is great at night.
Our interaction with all the associates even though not mentioned here for a lack of remembering names was amazing. You should be very proud of the team you have!

So my family and I have never experienced such a thoughtful loving interested in his costumer ect His name Eric Best ever in many different ways not just his job he takes everything he does to a bother legal I hope to be able to befriend him and his wife one day he’s a great man

I definitely don’t recommend special ordering anything from this store or using their installation services.
We ordered kitchen cabinets for one half of our kitchen. We were promised 4-6 weeks and when we followed up on the order status we were told they were going to be delivered right at 4 weeks. We didn’t get the cabinets for 7 weeks and only got them after calling and chasing them down.
Next came the double oven. On the day of install, the team showed up and acted as if they didn’t want to install it. They pointed out a dent on the bottom oven door and told us they’d be glad to take it back.
We called Lowe’s and were told a new door would be ordered. This was 3/27. The crew started the install. They didn’t have the tools needed to install the oven and had to borrow several of my tools. After approximately 6 hours I was told the oven was stuck in the cabinet.
The installers called their supervisor and an hour later he came out and found they cut the hole too small. The new cabinet now has several scratches from the install. I refused to report this to Lowe’s because I didn’t want them to attempt to fix it.
Today is 4/25 and I’ve called twice to find out about the oven door. I have been promised on two occasions they would look into it and no one can seem to track the fact that the door was even ordered.
This store definitely over promises and under delivers.
