Horrible! Called repeatedly with a simple question. Computer answers. Won't let you talk to a human or leave a message. Gives you the run around and tries to get you to answer questions that don't apply. I had much better luck calling CVS across the street. I'll be going there

When you call you wait on line for minutes and no one answers. They say your meds will be ready by a certain time, and half the time they are not. Poor customer service. I gave them 2 stars because they have been good one time since I have went to them.

I’ve gotten my meds here for years & each year, the customer service gets worse. I called yesterday to see if my rx was ready & Julie was very rude. Went the next day & they tried to get me to pay for an rx that I no longer needed, according to my DR. They got very rude with me before *easily* taking it off the bill. I am more than likely going to switch pharmacies. As an RN, I totally get being short staffed and stressed; however, treating people rudely isn’t cool.

Not only are your meds not going to be done after waiting through a long line, but they don't even have customer service skills. Waited through a line today and the female working was rude with me. She told me I'd have to wait 30 minutes which is usually the case here. I waited and came back then observed two females talking with said staff member. She was respectful with them, but when I came up she went back to being rude and was to busy wondering what dinner was for tonight. If you don't know how to talk to people that's a sign you should find a different job, as am I with finding a different pharmacy.

This is one of the worst pharmacy's when trying to get prescriptions filled in Xenia. Different explanations and of no help but blame everything on the Doctors or insurance.

The employees are usually friendly and helpful, but they are understaffed. I have called 4x today and let it the phone ring for 5 min each time with no answer. I even called the store customer service and he checked to make sure they were there and open, and then transfered me, 8 min later I hung up. It's rediculous!!!

I switch from Walmart but that was mistake. Bad attitude s at Kroger. So back to Walmart. For now. I believe Kroger's makes there own pick up dates for our meds. Bc my where due 21 Dec. Now there say I never pick them up till 24 the . ?? I never let my sit for days . So I fiie a complaint w the med pharmacy board. Hopefully they sut Kroger down . Only been there 3 months everytime it's a hassle w them ... Not worth one star.
