“Furnished our entire home (light fixtures, flooring, cabinets, showers/tubs/sinks etc.) with Premiere Home Center products and everything looks amazing...thank you so much for all of the great design recommendations and excellent service!!”
“Store was clean and organized. Employees there were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone seemed happy to be there. It was refreshing. Will start doing more business here.”
“We just finished a kitchen renovation, and The Kitchen Place was where we purchased our cabinets. We visited several places, and went back to the Kitchen Place a couple of times before finalizing our decision to go with Kraftmaid this past spring.I appreciated Tom's patience with our decision-making as well as his suggestions. He put a lot of time into the design process, etc.I would love to give The Kitchen Place five stars, but was really disappointed that repeated attempts to get a price on Cambria countertops (Inverness Cobalt) were not answered. There was supposed to be follow-up and there never was - my husband even talked with the Cambria rep about this. When my husband asked Tom about getting a quote, he said something about the quotes changing all the time, etc. Then it was just radio silence after follow ups.I realize that the countertops couldn't be measured / installed until after the cabinets were in place, but I got the sense that Tom / The Kitchen Place didn't think I was serious about purchasing them, because they are "high end" countertops. When we first talked about the countertops, a comment was made about how the countertops would be more than what we were paying for the cabinets. At that time, I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do, but getting a quote would have been useful to my decision making even if the quote wasn't precise (we knew about how many sq ft, etc., so it wasn't like there was no information available). It also could be that Tom / The Kitchen Place are overwhelmed with work, etc. as I know finding good staff can be challenging. Tom was the one who delivered and unloaded the truck with our cabinets.Again, we appreciated the work that The Kitchen Place and Tom did, and so far we like the cabinets we purchased. We bought our countertop from the Dayton Stone Center and probably paid as much, if not more than, what the Cambria would have cost us. Had the Kitchen Place done a better job with the countertop followup, we probably would have bought it there - as well as the hardware for the cabinets, which we purchased elsewhere, too.At least I have my Inverness Cobalt sample, which I purchased on my own, to use as a trivet.”
