Cost alot with no benefit over tax act or another free service. For a few hundred bucks I got to watched her do everything I usually do myself (not much).

Impossible to get ahold of after your taxes are done. High turn over rate, so often multiple people end up processing a single years' taxes. Generally have a good experience with the company, this location is just terrible.

The H&R app hasn't worked for me . It is unable to find my profile even though it has my name and tax information , I can't check balance of my card on the app , and also can't change my PIN on it either so I give it 1 out of 5 stats until those issues are addressed by an update or whatever through the app
