Came here to get a copy of my return and the door's were unlocked yet no one was in the office and everyone's personal information could have been hacked into. This is unacceptable

Cost alot with no benefit over tax act or another free service. For a few hundred bucks I got to watched her do everything I usually do myself (not much).

Impossible to get ahold of after your taxes are done. High turn over rate, so often multiple people end up processing a single years' taxes. Generally have a good experience with the company, this location is just terrible.
