I really dont know how to rate it. The people are decent to speak with. I have a unit there currently and have had it for the last few years. I started an online store and stored my items there. MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO AND EVERYTHING STOLEN 2XS SO GET RENTERS INSURANCE. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY! they didnt give me adequate notice about providing a title for my car and towed it to an impound lot. They didn't tell me it was towed nor could they provide me where it had been towed to for several days and when it was all said and done it cost me close to $1000 so theres that. Since my property was stolen and my car towed I have fallen behind mind you I'm a single mom and i dont have money just falling from the sky this was my source of income. So those set backs had a snow ball effect on my LIFE not just a storage unit it contained how I was making a living this was never made right nor did they try to fix any of these issues. Not even an apology... So hopefully I can get caught up before they legally sell my items. This world is crazy how is this even legal to just do whatever you want?

The people are nice but please be warned. They mixed our unit up with another and threw all of our things out. They did try to make it right but nothing will replace the broken trust and items we lost. I will say they owned up and made an effort to give all facts but I would not rent from them unless they can guarantee that they have updated their systems.

Nicest ladies when you call. Talking about outside storage, 2 moths in and we found rat poop and cotton torn out of a chair but other than that is clean and great.
