The employee refused to allow me to use the bathroom at this facility. She stated it was already cleaned and didnt want me to get it dirty.I drive a bus for our county and get gas daily. I will never use this Bp while that employee works there. I have also told all our drivers to do the same. Do better BP. I was completely embarrassed and humiliated since she said it in front of other customers.

My car broke down today around 4:45pm. I was able to pull into the parking lot & park on the side so I wasnt blocking any pumps or entry/exits. They began staring at me and making rude gestures so we explained we were waiting for a tow. They then told us if we didn't move our vehicle they would call the police. I wasn't bothering anyone, had proof my tow truck was on the way and wasn't effecting their business. There is no compassion, professionalism or care for customers (I frequent here often). They could have handled this in a much better way & have now lost all of mine & my families business. I hope if any of them are ever in a similar position, they are met with kindness instead of what they gave out today.

The wonderful woman who works there spotted my wallet that I dropped in the parking lot and kept it safe until I realized I had lost it and went back for it. She has always been very nice but today she was my hero!!! Thanks you!!!

The new owners of this gas station are very nice but if you go in at night and there's a guy who mostly works nights is very disrespectful, he also tries to cause drama between family members and has said racists stuff while being his customer. I will not be going to the store no more will miss the owners tho.
