“I would like to personally thank Ryan and Riley for going above and beyond to get me in today and fix my JEEP. I phoned Ryan at approximately 0930 and asked if he had any chance of an availability? He said it’s slim, but asked what my vehicle issue was? I explained it was my rear bearing and front Tie Rods, my JEEP is shimming very rough when I apply breaks and the sound from the rear is extremely loud. I asked Ryan if he would take my number and if any chance of a cancellation, I can immediately run over to the shop, and he agreed.
Not even an hour later he phoned and said come on down. When I arrived, he assessed and confirmed it was in fact the issue I had described. When he quoted the price I was stunned at how reasonable and affordable it was. He was honest, and said the only problem may be the back but he said he’d order the part we can go from there. Thankfully, Riley was able to do the work and she completed it while I waited which I was more than happy to do.
I can say without reservation, Ryan and Riley earned my loyalty as a customer and my JEEP will ONLY get serviced at Wyoming Automotive here on out. Quality matters, but the customer service from Ryan and Riley was OUTSTANDING. There are not enough stars to acknowledge my gratitude or appreciation.

“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. “Sinan did a great job. The repair turn around was also very quick. My car was ready to pick up the same day.

Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave

“I've used Foreign Exchange in the past and was very satisfied, so I thought I would bring my Lotus in even though they aren't Lotus specialists, and it is a bit of an unusual car. They went above and beyond to figure out why the car was pulling to the right. Turns out there was a shim in the wrong spot, likely from a previous alignment error by someone else. I don't know how long it took them to figure out that problem, but they only charged me the standard price for an alignment. With that straightened out and the new tires on it the car is now dialed in perfectly. They know what they are doing and they really seem to love cars. They clearly wanted to get it right, and they did. I won't bring my cars to anyone else.February 2024:A little update, I seem to like bringing challenges to this shop. My kid and I thought we would change out the original 25 year old suspension on our Audi TT with some nice performance coilovers as a father/son project. The internet said it was easy as cake. 3 days later and we had done more damage than good. I had the car towed over to FE, told them what we where trying to do, and gave them a huge box of parts they had never seen before. A few days later they call me up to take a look and let them know how I like the height of the car. I chatted with Clifton, who was one of the techs working on the car. He told me about everything they did and everyone they talked to about how to best set up the this car with an adjustable suspension. The car now looks great, drives great, and is much better prepared for the Autocross we will be throwing at it. I am always amazed at how much care and knowledge everyone at FE puts into their work.
