“I would like to say I have been bringing my car to this shop for roughly a year now. I am absolutely picky about where I get my car service done because my dad was a mechanic for a long time. We used to do most of our car work in-built in-home shop, but we don’t have access to it anymore. They helped refurbish my Chevy Cruze to near mint condition, pricing is reasonable. Other services are very reasonable for pricing also. Dustin, the other gentleman are very good at communicating. And I would like to give a shout-out to Tom Sora, amazing man and runs his business extremely well. Will take care of your cars and someone I trust very well. “Jay is absolutely amazing at his craft. He fixed what noone else could. He quoted a price and stuck to it but also did a few extra things to the car he didn't need to do but did them anyways and made the bumper look good as new. It was also fiberglass which noone works with anymore. He is very down to earth and could tell right away I could trust him and his work. Had the car done in a week. 10000% recommend. “I cannot say enough good things about this place! First, I got into a wreck and was scrambling to find a place to take my car. Every other place was full it seemed like until, I stumbled on to Deans. They were open and honest about the work that needed to be done, got me in right away and communicated well with my insurance. When I got my car back, I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the outside as well as the inside of my car! My car seriously looks better than ever- you would have no idea she was ever hit. Shout out to Troy the mechanic who did an amazing job! Go to this place for your body work, you won’t regret it.”
“RJR Radiator saved the day!I had a new radiator installed recently by my home shop, and on our first trip out of town it started leaking antifreeze and the engine was running hot. I was able to limp to the downtown Cincinnati area where we had arrangements to stay for 2 nights. We searched google for radiator repair shops and after reading reviews we settled on RJR.We called RJR first thing the next morning to make sure they could get us in the same day, then arranged for AAA to tow our vehicle there.After the tow, our SUV was in RJR‘s hands around 10AM.Jeff and Joe took great care of our vehicle. They communicated throughout the day regarding the status. We lucked out and the (new) radiator was fine, but the hoses were not hooked up properly, and one hose needed replaced. After they made the proper connections they pressurized the radiator and discovered the water pump was failing. They were able to locate a new water pump and repressurized the system by about 4PM. We picked it up around 5PM and the rest of our trip continued on as planned with no other car trouble!Jeff and Joe went over everything that they did to our SUV and had some photographs of the problems they found.We are very grateful of the quality of the work and their willingness to complete such a high quality repair in a timely manner!These guys are great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“My car broke down on Sunday, triple a came with two different men within 20 mins to assist. They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. Upon picking up my car my stereo wasn’t working which is was prior but it was no issue though they fixed it right on the spot. I am very appreciative of everyone that helped me. I am not from this area just recently moved and I was shown great service and will be back.”

“It seems inconceivable that Bill R**** (father) and Bill R**** (son) have no reviews of body-shop services they provide since my wife and I have benefited from their repairs at least three times in the past decade, and each time we were very satisfied with the costs and the quality of their work. After scheduling the next repair of my Subaru (after it was struck by a delivery truck while parked on the street, mostly in front of my home) for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and searching on-line for their address to give to the insurance company covering the repair, I clicked-on the BBB listing and saw that there were no reviews posted, and decided to write one. I can add that their replacement of the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Outback, which involved reforming the post to which it is attached, was not only perfectly installed and aligned, but to save cost, involved use of a used door which had a solid stripe on the outside surface which, on my request, they removed with all the difficulty they expected it to require, for no extra charge, polishing the door afterward until evidence of its former attachment was indistinguishable. I can attest to their excellent work, their down-to-earth friendly personalities, and their customer care. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work without hesitation.”
