“Space 3 is truly a great "third space" to add into your life. The classes are fun, challenging, and rewarding. The instructors push you to your best and make you feel a part of a community. I love it here!”

8230 Expansion Way, Dayton“I was on the hunt for a CrossFit gym, and this is the first gym where someone actually posted a photo of who I was speaking to when reaching out via text and regularly checked in with me after my trial classes. The coaches are very friendly as well, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Large, clean facility with a lot of equipment and space. Highly recommend!”

1321 Research Park Dr, Beavercreek“Wright Patterson (AFIT, NASIC) TDY members, if you need a place to workout, look no further... open gym or classes, all the equipment you need! Currently using a key FOB system so use when time allows. Showers and bathrooms available. Great gym!”

2782 Wilmington Pike, Kettering“Friendly and welcoming staff and members made up for any embarrassment I had not being great with choreographed workouts. It was fun. I just can’t dance or twerk!!!”
“They have the healthiest and yummiest menu around. I love the protein shakes and mega teas! The owner is nothing but amazing and makes you feel right at home and the inside is beyond beautiful. 10/10 all around!”
“Great gym for the money, either $10 or $20 depending on which membership you choose. The extra $10 for the black card is well worth it for the hydro massage and guest pass. Equipment and facility are all fairly new and kept very clean, including the locker room and bathrooms. Staff is friendly. I like the leg machines better here than my primary gym. Only downside is the place can get VERY busy around 5-6pm. Otherwise there is plenty of equipment and space to get a good lift in. Cardio equipment and tv setup is comprehensive as well.”
“I was able to drop in for a week while visiting, and I wish I lived here and could workout here all the time! Knowledgeable coaches, very welcoming community, and challenging but fun programming. Highly recommend!”
4AM - 12AM

“I’ve been a member for about a week and it’s been a great start. Equipment is in good condition and clean. When staffed, they are always cleaning and organizing. Can get busy but not too crowded.”
“Been a member off and on for almost 20yrs (only really "off" due to COVID when I built a fully equipped home gym, even so I'm still debating going back just so I have something to get out of the house for during the cold winter months.”

1822 W Park Square, Xenia“I've been a member at this gym for years, the owner Corey is such a cool guy and everything you need to get fit is here. It's not a flashy or huge gym with saunas or tanning beds but the people are friendly, the dumbbells go up to 125 for the heavy lifters, and there's a big turf room where classes are held or you can use for any type of free space training you need. The best part of this gym is Amora, Corey's pup. Sweetest dog you'll ever meet.”
“GDRA accepts all - I've been a member for years and love intro other's to this wonder sport. The boat house is easy to find and when on the water our little part of water has lot's of wild life to see and watch. There is a boat for anyone - you don't have to be a top athlete to row and there are member's here that have all level's of experience. Plus you don't need to own - there are many boat's that are club owned that you can row!”
10:30 - 11:30AM
2080 Beaver Valley Rd, Beavercreek“I've been going for almost 4 months now, and it's the first time I've actually enjoyed exercise! Great for any fitness level. I had no real prior fitness experience, and I walked in off the couch. The coaches are absolutely amazing and work with you to modify the workouts in a way that is doable but still pushes you (this goes for those who are super fit and need something extra from the workout too). Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Randomly walking in to try a class 4 months ago was the best fitness decision I've ever made!”
“If you are looking for a great place for a Birthday Party this is it! We had a fantastic experience here for a 2nd graders party. The set up, tear down, and utensils were provided making it easy. The facility was so much fun for the kids. The coaches were very helpful and gave the kids a great time.”
“Have known Mark for years. I have even trained with him for a while. He knows what he is doing, and it is awesome to see what he is doing to help young people achieve their goals.”

5736 Raider Rd, Fairborn“Best base gym I’ve ever been to. If you like open concept gyms and like to lift heavy… this is for you. It has 2 floors for weights/cardio, 3 Olympic lifting platforms, a spot of turf for the sled and tire lifts, plus much more. I’ll miss it dearly!”
“I love my gym and how it accommodates all people from kids to elderly people. I mostly love the black members' benefits. The massage beds and total body enhancement.”
“I love the atmosphere of this gym! I have had great customer service from the manager Andrea. I definitely recommend checking this place out! The cleanliness, space and atmosphere are all great!”
“Track is great from what you can expect from a track. Six laps around and you’ve got yourself a 1.5-mile run. Gym inside feels small compared to Area B fitness center but there’s enough to make you happy. Little hot in there despite the fans going but seems typical of a hot summer day.”
Open 24 hours
312 N Patterson Blvd, Dayton“I love, snap fitness! Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. i train with Byron. He is personally the best trainer I’ve met with. He pushes me to my limits and the best way! He Gives me tips and tricks on form and what I can fix and what I’m doing great in and also provides great tips with my nutrition! I would recommend him to anyone!”
“This place is decent. This location is a little small, and it's not as clean as Planet Fitness down the road. However, EBF doesn't make it official policy to endanger women by allowing men to use the women's locker and restroom facilities. So, EBF is definitely preferable to PF. The 3 year commitment is undesirable, but all the people who complain about it on Google and give them 1 stars ought to read what they sign before they sign. All things considered, EB Fitness is the best gym in the area.”
“This gym is great! Conveniently located in walking distance to lodging and has everything anyone could need to get in a good workout. They open at 6 AM on the weekdays which is plenty early, but if you need to get in before that or during the weekends, you can sign up for 24 hour access using your CAC at the front desk during business hours. The weekend was always empty.”
