Had brakes done in April 2023. W.A. did a great job on my front brakes and forgot to lubricate my rear brakes. So now I'm replacing pads and rotors again after barely 15 months of light driving. So much for a great Groupon deal. I would go back get them to fix it, but they had my car all day long...I don't have that kind of time to deal with this after such a short time. I am so disappointed. Edit: I called the shop and they confirmed work would have been covered under their warranty but they refused to offer a partial refund. Why would I return to a shop that failed to install it right the first time placing my welfare at risk and taking a large amount of time to do it? If the pads were were bad, fine. This was a poor install job and no I will not trust you a second time and that should be a consumer right you respect and honor. Owner didn't even call back.

Unfortunately I'm updating my 5 start review and changing it to a 1 star. Today I had an oil change done. (I usually get regular oil, which they order ahead...and I pay between $50 -$55, which is a little steep, but they were worth it for the service Mike has always provided.) Today they charged me $73 and gave me synthetic, without checking history on my account. They jammed my driver side seat, which I will have to go elsewhere to have checked and they topped off no fluids, (they usually top them off). The other "partner" assisted me, and we started off talking and it was fine, but as soon as I asked him about the overcharge for the oil change his demeanor changed. I've never been treated so rudely. Please PLEASE pass this business by... I should be comped for the entire service today, simply by the way I was treated. I called after the service to ask about the other fluids being topped, and I was first hung up on, I called back, was called a liar, and advised they have never done this. He then laughed at me when I told him about the broken seat, and he hung up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Mike the owner was an absolute ace. He listened to my concerns about the issues with my vehicle. Took it for a drive to feel it out for himself. The car was ready for pick up 2 days later! Reasonable in price. The staff was all professional. He even gave me a loaner car to use while the car was in repair! Il be back Mike. The new tires I purchased from you also worked out very well! Will be back for future repairs!

I purchased a Groupon voucher for the A/C Evacuation and Recharge with Up to Two Pounds of R134a Refrigerant. The cost was $109.65 on Groupon. They requested $167 plus $20 ( $20, saying my 2009 Toyota hybrid car needs different oil ) This is written on Groupon. "Not valid for European models; YF1234 systems not included in this offer. " It doesn't indicate anything about other things. So the Groupon doesn't seem to be working with them. I requested a refund from Groupon.

I am posting this review to save others from making the thousands dollars mistake I made when I went to have my brakes replaced on my Mini Cooper. Please, save yourself the pain of losing thousands and avoid this mechanic.
I have gone to this mechanic since before Covid. During that time, I did basic maintenance such as oil changes. When my brakes needed repair, it seemed a good choice to take the car for these major repairs as well. I was told that they could be repaired.
I was made to sign off on work and parts which were left incomplete. The signing off (on each repair and parts purchase as well as the labor), created a legal paper trail which made it necessary to pay thousands and thousands of dollars even though the final parts were not found, nor the repair completed.
When the car was returned to me, it was not safe to drive at all. In the end this service, did not respond to me when I phoned to ask for a refund. The world became a little colder when our family’s trusted mechanic behaved with such dishonesty after our many years of patronage.
Please be careful of your pocketbook and steer clear of this business.

This body shop is amazing! They really do care about people which is very rare anymore. If I lived closer this would be my spot for real. Mike saved me thousands on my Cadillac repair. They are hard working awesome people

They were nice but we took it in for wheel bearings and they also diagnosed it but they did the wrong side then had to wait longer to have them change it to the other side and they forgot to do the aligning and had to come back in the next morning before we left on our trip. The owner was very nice but there is some disconnect in the staff
