“What a great first experience! Vicki was super nice and knowledgeable about proper care for my very vintage luxury bag! She gave tips and tricks to help me care and transform it into something that would suit me! I really appreciated the pick up in store option while shopping online. I will definitely be back to shop again! 10/10 recommend.”
“I went into Fresco Furnishings from a recommendation from a friend who goes there and I was just looking for 1 chair and after looking at everything, I found what I was looking for and got a great price. THANK YOU THANK YOU. I will be back”
“Absolutely precious store. If you’re lucky enough to visit when their sweet puppy is in residence then you’re blessed. Great record selection and super fun gifts for friends with a sense of humor.”
“This shop is off the beaten path, but is well worth seeking out. I was looking for an outfit to wear to the Kentucky Derby and The Alley had the hookup!
I was assisted by the owner’s son, who was extremely patient and helpful. In the end my hat and vest combo was a huge hit at the track.
I highly recommend them for service, value, and selection!”

1803 W 5th Ave, Columbus“I miss these beautiful ladies! So elegant, all of them. Such unique, in excellent condition and top notch clothing! Such a wonderful experience to go in and visit. Lol, when I brought in my clothes, I used to tease the owner, Mary, because of her always seeking to choose excellent clothing, I would say, "These items must be 'Maryworthy'." I meant it in the most endearing way. Some may think she is picky but Mary and her girls sure seems to know what folks like and need. This store is the best of the best as is all of the staff, always. I sure miss them all! Jen too. Is she still there? Since my last visit, perhaps in 2022, I've moved out of State. Just thinking of you all. ? Hope you are all doing amazing. Because you will always be thought of and remembered as amazing to me! Gina”
“Realized my suit did not fit the week of a wedding. So glad I came here!! The owner spent time with me to find everything I needed and help try on different jackets. Ended up with a custom made suit jacket and tie for $150! Highly recommend!”

1593 N High St, Columbus“Came in from 2 hours away. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and helped right away. Ended up grabbing a a pair of shoes and the owner or manager hooked it up right away with a 20% discount. They know about all shoes and luxury items so definitely check them out”
“Such friendly staff and I love the items they sell. Very quality furniture and decorative items. A lot to choose from and greatly reduced from what you would buy at the stores.”
“Amazing store. Tons of great stuff and super cute. Justina and Adam are awesome too and super fun to chat with! Be sure to stop in and spark up a conversation. Also they have the best Cuban sandwiches! Yum!”
“Hidden gem across the street from other retail shops. Look around and there’s some good finds.Dropped off shoes to get fixed as well as clothes to consign. Will update when I see how the selling process goes”
“4.5 stars; I love the diverse venues, including clothes, art, and crystals! I got a bloodstone and some incense from different vendors. My only wish is that they're available for more days! I work on Indianola and I love coming here after work so much 3”
“Wonderful shop with an ever changing up-scale inventory. I found a beautiful Ducks Unlimited print that now hangs prominently in my family room! Jackie is so kind and always a pleasure to visit with. Highly recommend stopping by often to see new arrivals.”
“I went to The Pink Door to look for an outfit to wear to my son’s formal wedding. I had no idea where to start as I am just NOT a fancy person!! The owner of the shop was incredibly helpful and patient and pleasant and she helped me pick out an outfit that I love and feel comfortable in. There is so much unique and very pretty stuff in The Pink Door. I got a sophisticated jumpsuit, a lovely designer duster to wear with it, designer shoes, a belt, clutch and jewelry. It was fun and like I said, the shop owner was STELLAR!! Thank you so much, Melanie❤️”

1521 W 5th Ave, Columbus“The owner and staff were super patient, nice, and answered all of my questions. You HAVE to check out this sustainable fashion store. Both the inventory AND the staff are exceptional!!!! ???”
“I absolutely LOVE this store! Every time I travel to this area I have to stop and always find something amazing to take home with me. Friendly & knowledgeable staff!”

5640 W Broad St, Columbus“I love this store on West Broad! I have found what I needed 99% of the time, from unique things to clothing and home items. The new manager is really friendly and a people person. I met her while she was working the register (I love managers that are out helping the staff and clients instead of hiding in the back or at some office).Willie that works helping people with big/heavy items has the biggest heart I've seen in a retail store. No matter how busy he is (during the 50% off sale that man is running and sweating like crazy) he always has a big smile on his face and makes sure he helps everybody before taking a single break. He treats people with care giving each customer the special attention they deserve.Willie takes such pride on his work that once I was getting a small table by myself and when he saw me, since he was free, he came running to help me and told me to let him do his job lol. He took the table all the way to the register with his high spirits and kindness. And knowing that shopping here also helps people in need is definitely the icing on the cake. The perfect place for retail therapy because even if I'm buying something I might not even "need" the price is good and I'm helping a charity.I have shopped and donated items here for over 20 years and my husband says that I rarely just drop stuff off, it's more like an exchange lolI know prices have gone up since I started going there but hey, that's called inflation... same thing happened at the supermarket, gas station, etc...Thank you guys for being there and for the work that you do!”
“The UA Clothes Mentor is an experience! Yes, there is an expected amount of searching and hunting inherent in consignment shopping. But JODY and her team remove a great deal of what could be frustration from that experience for you! Through skilled use of their fashion knowledge and top tier customer service, the Clothes Mentor UA team has made shopping a joy rather than a task for me as a busy career woman. I am beyond thankful for them!”

233 E 5th Ave, Columbus“Beautiful store!! A lot of items were over priced in my opinion, but if you have the budget definitely give this place a shot. The staff were all very nice as well!”
“Pretty good location. I liked that they had some dishes on sale - I managed to get some nice ceramic bowls for .50/each thanks to a red tag. Not as many cookware options as the location in Clintonville on high street but it is much less busy here and I believe they also had more fitting rooms. Friendly staff. Would go again for sure”
8AM - 8PM
3620 Indianola Ave, Columbus“Best thrift store in all of Columbus! And half price day is always on my Calendar. I have gotten so much business professional nice brand items here. Highly recommend!”
10AM - 8PM
399 S State St, Westerville“Everyone that works there was a delight to interact with. Only complaint is that when selling back clothes, they only purchased one item out of two large bags of clothing. Not the locations fault, but frustrating.”
11AM - 7PM
3904 E Broad St, Columbus“I bought 2 dresses from them in March and April! I bought one dress for a funeral service and the other dress for Easter! Both dresses each cost about $100! Both dressed are unique and fit the occasions perfectly! Their customer service is somewhat strict! Some of their sales people are nice and friendly! I will be back because they have a selection that Easton doesn't offer! Easton may be more pricey!”
“We stopped in Tuesday. Honestly some of the most respectful, helpful people.
Story: hoco dress shopping had become a nightmare. We asked the 2 working the counter for store suggestions. They both were very helpful. AND the fella!! (This part is impressive!) > he needed to use his phone to google, and before he did he stopped and asked permission from his boss!! Respect and concern for the consumer and the employer! We were all very impressed!! ??????”
“Best place to get a homecoming or prom dress last minute for cheap!!
They always have what I’m looking for and it’s always at a great price!! My sophomore year in high school I was invited to prom one week before it happened by a friend who had and extra ticket and I was unsure if I could get a dress in time, but i walked into Plato’s closet and BOOM! There was my prom dress. I might have just been lucky, but it fit me perfectly!!
Every time I walk into the store they have a ton of new clothes and shoes and other items!
The changing rooms kind of suck and it gets pretty hot in the store during summer (from what I’ve seen) but I still love it!!
I will probably continue going there to get last minute outfits for events for the rest of my life (until I’m old)
You can also exchange your clothes for clothes here!!!
Highly recommend shopping here for all of your clothing needs! They’ll always have something for you!!”
“The volunteers are extremely helpful and friendly. This organization helped me when my son was dying from cancer in the 80's; so I know firsthand how they benefit the cancer patients and families. They are a blessing.”
