I don’t know where I would be without cpapbox. I needed a more niche machine (bipap ST) that no DME local to me carried in stock. I was going to pay thousands for a refurbished one, then found out my insurance won’t reimburse. My insurance has been giving a very hard (and very drawn out) time in getting the machine I needed. My AHI was 106 and O2 dropping to 50%. I was terrified to go to sleep while waiting on insurance. I found cpapbox, sent my DME order over and placed an order, requesting expedited shipping. It came as promised and in perfect condition. There was one small mishap where an accessory I ordered did not come with the order, thankfully I could use the machine without it, but I reached out. I received an email back immediately stating that the part would be shipped that day. Sure enough, no questions asked and no trouble, the part came. Customer service is top notch and I have recommended this company to everyone I know who is in a similar situation. A complete lifesaver.

This company is awesome! The price is cheaper than most insurance rentals. My prescription expired, my resmed s9 hit max hours and stopped working. My insurance required me to hit a $1500 deductible and go through another sleep study. I ended up finding a different way, I renewed my prescription on Lofta.com for $35 by meeting with a Dr and providing my current machine settings. The cpap machine came ready to go and looks new. I am impressed. I have friends that were paying for $80 per month for rentals through insurance, for the same exact machine! This process was easier, no fuss and no insurance hoops to jump through. I am $70 total out of pocket and not $1500! The process took less than a week! I am back to quality sleep. Thank you cpapbox! 😀

This business is amazing. I was in a pinch as my machine broke and it take would some time before I could get a new one. I rented from the C-pap box and got the most incredible bi-pap machine. I absolutely love it. Renting was a breeze as everyone was very helpful. I highly recommend the Cpap Box if you need to rent a machine. A+++.

Very Dissapointed. Can not understand the Customer support representative, they sound like they just woke up. They did not submit my order in a timely manner & when notified they got my order wrong. When asked to speak to the supervisor they ignored my request. Then they pretend to be the supervisor. How about just do your job so that you don't have to lie and pretend being someone else.

Great rental service for those that can’t come up with hundreds of dollars for their own cpap. $30 a month and I was able to rent and use the equipment. Delivery was quick and customer service is easy to get in touch with. They sent me a ResMed 10 cpap that was preprogrammed according to my sleep study. Thanks!

I could not recommend this company more for any cpap/BiPAP needs. Customer service is top notch. It’s clear they care about the quality of service and product they are extending. My BiPAP was stolen while traveling. I reached out to Cpap Box and they had a rental machine out to me immediately. It was such a good machine that the replacement I got was the exact same model. Returning was a breeze and the agent who helped me, Precious was amazing. Thank you Cpap Box for being there when I needed it!

EDIT: After working with The CPAP Box for several months I feel the need to revise my five star rating. I've since had a number of issues with them and since my review is at the top, I feel it's important to make sure it's accurate.- I was paying for the machine + monthly supplies and realized that I didn't receive my supplies for several months. I got in touch and was told that I had to ask them to send the supplies each month or they would just continue to charge my card but not send them. WHAT? I asked for a refund for the supplies I was charged for but didn't receive and was told that wasn't an option.- During the above interaction with their support, one of their replies inexplicably included what appeared to be website form contacts from a number of other customers, that included their full names, phone numbers, email addresses and the message they sent to support. Give that The CPAP Box is a medical equipment supplier, they are bound by HIPAA laws and this appeared to be a clear violation. I replied expressing my concern about this privacy breach and the first reply was simply "I don't see what you're talking about" which makes no sense since it was all in the same email chain. When I wrote back and provided screenshots, I was simply told they would have IT look into it. Definitely not the concern and urgency one would hope for from a company that has details about your medical care.- I got a new debit card and forgot to update the number on the site. Less than 24 hours after my monthly bill was due, I received a fairly aggressive email and then a text message at 11:30pm. It stated my account was 'past due', that I needed to 'settle my account', a reminder that I am obligated to pay monthly for as long as I keep their machine, and that ANY late payment was subject to a $25 late fee (something I don't recall ever being informed of). Again, all of this less that 24 hours after the due date. The language and 11:30pm text seemed a bit much.Shady and misleading business practices, potential HIPAA violations and aggressive late night texts aren't a great look for The CPAP Box. I'm still happy with my machine, the price, and the initial ease of access, but as an ongoing customer, I'm less than impressed.ORIGINAL: After going back and forth with my insurance company for almost a year trying to get an accurate sleep study and machine, I finally went the self pay route. I paid $100 for an at home sleep study (try Lofta, it was great) and then ordered supplies with my new prescription through MyCPAP Box for about $100 (I need a BiPap, CPAPs are cheaper). It was about 2 weeks from the point of ordering the sleep study to receiving my machine, compared to the 11 months of futile struggle through insurance - and about 5 days from ordering supplies to their arrival from My CPAP box. The order process, including submitting my prescription, was quick and easy. The machine was of the type recommended for me, and arrived on my doorstep carefully packaged and in flawless condition. It included a personal note from a respiratory therapist telling me the mask I ordered was out of stock so she had replaced it with something comparable so that my order would not be delayed, which I very much appreciated. The relief of my symptoms and their impact on my health, plus the ease of use, make it totally worth the $200 total upfront investment (sleep study and machine/supplies) and $80ish monthly subscription fee. I couldn’t be happier with how all of this worked out and highly recommend it to anyone without insurance, with a high deductible, or just an insurance company that moves slower than molasses, like mine.

I used CPAPBOX for a year because my previous machine was on back order and I had to rent one from CPAPBOX. Let me tel you they machine helped me a lot and I was able to keep data on it so that I could keep my CDL the customer was gear and so was the machine thank you again

Absolutely easy to work with. They are super responsive to any questions I had. They were so helpful with any adjustments I need to settings. When I did cancel they even went out of their way to mail me a return label since I don't have a printer. And ofcourse the price for rental was absolutely amazing, 10% of what it would have cost me to rent from a local DME company.
