This place is amazing. I needed a bird prescription to be compounded. They didn’t have the ingredients. Shortly after that I received a call from SBH and they ordered the necessary ingredients to compound for my Bailey. Great staff, great service. Thank you SBH.

I've had such a smooth and hassle-free experience with SBH for over a year now for my pet's medication. Pricing is great. Super easy automated phone system and text alerts. I have had no wait and nothing but good experiences when I've called to speak with reps. Refills are shipped out very quickly - often same-day - and always arrive promptly intact. They do great work!

SBH Medical failed to communicate in a timely manner with my prescribing physician and me, resulting in me running out of a vital medication. Their response was (I'm paraphrasing here) "Oh, yeah that stinks. Hope you get it figured out." They were truly more concerned about making sure I didn't think this was their fault (it 100% was) than just getting the script filled. Fortunately I found another Central Ohio Compounding Pharmacy to fill the script for me in less than 2 hours.

The pharmacy failed to contact me by email when the phone number it had for me was no good (the doctor's office had transposed a couple of digits), AND ALSO DID NOT LET MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE KNOW THAT IT HAD NOT REACHED ME BY TELEPHONE. This nearly cost me the opportunity to have a procedure done that it had taken 18 months to get scheduled. I would not use this pharmacy again if there was any possible way to avoid it.

I've been battling another company for the last couple YEARS on refills for a certain compound. I finally got fed up with their repeated inability to provide the medicine, and was directed to SBH. SBH not only filled the prescription in a matter of HOURS, they did it at HALF the price I've been paying, and with the friendliest customer service you can imagine! I'm am SBH customer for life now, and you should be too.

We’ve been using SBH for over a year now for a daily compounded medicine our dog takes. Starting this summer they offered an option to ship the medicine - we were so excited as it is not convenient to pick up in Worthington. Unfortunately we have had one issue after another. Their automated system is awful. Every time I use it to submit a refill request something goes wrong. One time despite me confirming they were going to mail it they didn’t - it just sat at SBH for a week until I called wondering why I hadn’t received the medicine. This time they sent a vague text after my refill request - I thought that was simply them confirming they received my refill request. Nope, apparently they needed me to call and request the refill a second time before they filled it. It should not require two calls to fill a simple refill. Horribly inefficient and causes such a headache every 90 days. If you have options to go elsewhere, do it!!Giving two stars because when I have gone into SBH to pick up my dog’s prescription they are always friendly.

Our vet called in an order for a compound to SNH that would hopefully resolve our dog’s diarrhea issue. SBH pharmacist was in constant communication with me and our vet and met expectations! Pickup of the comp sound med was easy and customer service was excellent.

Friendly staff. Order came in a reasonable time frame over a holiday. Secure packaging ensured fragile items arrived in good condition. Product details were included and helped with filing for reimbursement.

My cousin was watching my cat while I was OOT and had to pick up an emergency prescription. She called and they said it would be about an hour and they would text ME when it was ready - even confirmed my # with her. She checked with me every 20min to see if I got a text yet but I hadn’t. Finally I realized they closed in 20min (I was in a different time zone) so I called them to see what was going on. They said it had been ready for over 2 HOURS and acted like they never told her that they would text me - why on earth would she make that up and spend the next 3 hours constantly checking to see if They texted yet???.At that point it was too late and she had to wait until the next morning to get the script, making my poor cat suffer longer. Really uncaring behavior.

The best way to find out how personal the service is: have an emergency. I had an emergency and the folks at SBH compounded the medicine and stuck it in FedEx overnight so our dog got her medications the next day. Her health and well-being are in good hands with these folks.
