My first time using Roush. I dropped off my lawnmower in the afternoon and it was ready the next morning. It was the beginning of the lawnmowing season so I was glad to get my lawnmower serviced so quickly!

We have been going to Roush Worthington Lawnmower For over 29 years now, they know what they are doing and they treat their customers right, we are always happy with their services, the family owned aspect of the business is really nice, something you don't see a whole lot of now a days.

I brought my mower in for repair, because it wasn’t starting. I explained I didn’t want to put a lot of money in this mower when I dropped it off after about two weeks they called me and when I went to pick it up I had $120 bill and I was disappointed but I went ahead and I paid the money anyway, after bringing Lawnmower home to my house, I proceeded to cut my front yard , because of issues with one of my legs, (blood clots) I am unable to cut more than half of my yard at one time so I do the front and the next day I go to start the mower and it’s not starting again. I love the lawnmower up and brought it back at that point the technician explain to me that it would be no charge today I go to pick my Lawnmower up and they told me it’s another $102 because I struck something in my yard and sheared the aluminum pan off again.. which is what the first bill was for. Needless to say after a heated discussion with the owner I left my mower there as I’m not going to put anymore money into it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Every year I take my lawnmower here, to get new spark plug and I ask them to do whatever is needed so I can mow my lawn, the easiest way, for the season. They always diagnose and call with info an an estimate. This year my dear lawnmower needed lots of help. They fixed it all up, replaced the back wheels n did a general overhaul. The cost was reasonable n they cleaned it up so the neighbors think I have a new mower. It runs fantastic.Hats off to these miracle workers ?

I've taken lawn mowers, snow blowers, power washer and a generator to Rush for repairs. They are very knowledgeable and fair prices. They are very busy all year long and it usually takes several weeks for them to get to your machine, but when they do you can trust they will do a great job. For my power washer, they determined they could not fix it and didn't charge me anything to look at it. The carburetor needed to be replaced on my generator and they charged me less than I could buy one direct from eBay. I highly recommend Rush Worthington Lawnmower!
