Staff is always super helpful and friendly. They did a great job fitting my middle schooler with shoes for cross country. The custom insoles they are able to make also eliminated her constant foot pain as well.

My experience was great! They did a lot to make sure I got a great fit for my shoes. I really felt like they cared about a great fit and a show that fit the needs I had for it as well :) They didn't have my size in the store but they were able to order it online and get it shipped to my house at a great price!

Connor was amazing! I am 67 and have not wore tennis shoes for40 years. He knew what I needed by taking so much time with me. I couldn’t asked for a better experience.

Since I was already in the system, they knew my size and preferences, so i was in an out in ten minutes with my new shoes. Salesman was great and friendly and knew just what to do.

Didn't expect the service I received. Outfitted with custom insoles with three machines. Two inwhich determined my walking pattern and as far as I know, my gait. The third was to customize my insoles based on the pressure of standing on said insoles and molding them. They even had the shoes I was looking for.

Mark helped me and was very thorough in getting the right fit for me. I learned things about my feet that I didn't know before. I am still figuring out if the shoe I purchased is the right one for me, however, having a 90 day guarantee makes me feel comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely be going back for additional purchases!

I didn’t know this place existed and I live a mile away. Ive taken my health very serious this year and now walk 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day. My feet are jacked due to buying incorrectly sized shoes online for the past ten or more years. I was hoping I could get my shoes sized correctly. I had no clue what I was in for when I walked through the door. A complete and thorough foot exam to determine the correct size of footwear. Would highly recommend this store.

Once again the staff at RR was exceptional! I took my daughter in law there the day before Christmas to have a Runner’s Experience as her gift! They analyzed her step, arches, fitting for inserts, socks, sports bra, and shoes! She received one on one service and learned a lot about her feet and gate, and is hopefully ready for an injury free year ahead.

I highly recommend Road Runner Sports! I used to have to wear an ankle brace each time I worked out. Once I was properly fitted with the right shoes and custom insoles, I no longer need my brace. The staff is very knowledgeable and listens to your individual needs.
