Always an issue with these people. I have a dead battery. They said it would be fixed in a week. It's two and a half months later and I just found out the order was never put in for the battery and charger. Their story has changed twice regarding what needs to be done. I can't get to the doctor. I can't get to the dentist. I can't even check my mail. If there is any way for you to avoid this company, do so. It's a total clown show.

Ridiculous! Always stuck talking to Monica who orders the wrong parts. Bill comes out and can’t fix anything right. Specifically talked to the manager and told them not to send Bill. They keep sending him. My power chair has been broke for over a month. This place is a joke. Just milking my insurance company!

Rehab Medical, I have had an awesome experience with them from the very beginning of getting in contact with them, them coming and taking measurements, ordering, delivering and resolving any issues related directly with the power chair. I would recommend anyone to Rehab Medical for a power chair, very smooth process. The only issue I have/had with Rehab is on the back end with the billing, they refuse to bill for a portion of the chair that is non-covered by the insurance company so I can try and dispute the service through my insurance. Since they will not bill the non-covered service, I can't dispute it to try and get them to pay which in turn would reduce my out of pocket cost. I believe I could get it covered with the right medical documentation from my doctor but they won't even give me the chance to try and get it covered since they refuse to bill it to my insurance. Another issue is, I was overpaid and it took them 4-5 months to eventually get my overpayment returned back to me after many many calls to them about it. At one point and time, I was told the director had the physical check in his hand and all he had to do was mail it and it was still close to another 2-3 months before it was actually mailed and for me to receive it. Overall, 100% satisfied in regards to the chair itself and service, customer service, promptness etc., just not 100% satisfied with the back end operations.

My salesman Austin Lembeck will not return any of my calls his manager will not return any calls very disappointed I may withdraw my order and go with a different company. Nothing has changed and they never put bad reviews on their website terrible customer service Im very disappointed cant pull my order or ill have to start all over again sad how the disabled are treated

I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CLIENT. BUT THIS TIME NO NO..I KEPT MY CHAIR POWER CHAIR FOR 8 YEARS. SO I GOT A NEW POWER CHAIR FROM REHAB ..FIRST THE RIGHT ARM GAVE WAY AN DOWN I WENT . IM NJURY MY RIGHT WRIST. BRUSED MY LEFT INNER HAND. AN MY RIGHT FINGER WAS DAMAGED AN STILL IS THIS WAS VERY SOON AFTER I GOT THE CHAIR. THEN THE BATTERY WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE. SO THEY REPLACED Y BUT SOON IT WOULD NOT HOLD CHARGE AGAIN. THEY REPAIRED THE ARM. BUT IT WAS DOWN AGAIN BEFORE HE GOT TO PARKING LOT WE ... MY WORKER HOLLY CONTI UED TO CALL THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE HEATHER CALL BACK . THEY NEVERE CALLED BACK AN CONTINUED TO ignore ME AN WORKER ..ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW. AN FINALLY A PERSON CALLED HE ASSURED ME AN WORKER HE WOULD TAKE CARE BUT NOTHING THE CHAIR WILL NOW ONLY HOLD A CHARGE FOR 30 MIN REALLY !!!WE FOUND OUT THEY ARE HOLDING BACK BECAUSE THIS IS A RENTAL CHAIR . REALLY. THEY ARE WAITING FOR INSURANCE TO PAY . AN I WILL BE STUC K WITH THIS DEFECTED POWER CHAIR. I HAVE GOTTEN MY CHAIR OVER THE YEARS FROM REHAB. BUT I WOULD ADVISE DONT DEAL WITH THEM. WE GONNA FIGHT THIS TIL THE END WE HAVE STARTED WITH NEWS 4 AN WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT WE WANT THIS CHAIR REPLACED ALREADY INJURED ONCE THANK YOU ALL SOFLOOR PRAY FOR US PTO TREAT A DISABLED PERSON. DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR POWER CHAIR. THIS IS MY THIRD CHAIR NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THIS COMPANY HAS LEFT ME ON THE FLOOR FOR MONTHS ..THEY SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME A NEW CHAIR I GOT A USED CHAIR. THAT HAS FALLEN APART. THEY MUST SEND NEW CHAIR AS A RENTAL UNTIL INSURANCE PAYS. BUT WHEN THIS CHAIR FELL APART. THEY IGNORED OUR CALL S. WORKER COULD NOT GET THEM TO CALL US BACK . YOU SEE THEY PUT YOU OFF AS LONG AS THEY CAN ON THIS SO CALL RENTAL. SO THEY CAN BE PAID . AN YOU ARE LEFT ON THE FLOOR .WITH NO CHAIR. ITS A BIG SCAM WITH THESE CHAIRS. MEDICADE. AN NEWS 4 AN MANY OTHERS WILL KNOW HOW BADLY THEY TREAT YOU IF YOU CHAIR BREAKS DOWN. THEY FORCE YOU TO TAKE A BROKEN DOWN USED CHAIR (NOT NEW) AN YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS.
