“I love having my pets prescriptions filled here. The staff are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with their attention to detail! When my pet's medication changed from 1.3 mm to .5 mm per dose, the pharmacist made sure to inform me and not just expect me to notice on the package. With a small animal, this could be the difference between life and death! I am so appreciative of all of the staff and how amazing they perform their jobs!”

“This place is amazing. I needed a bird prescription to be compounded. They didn’t have the ingredients. Shortly after that I received a call from SBH and they ordered the necessary ingredients to compound for my Bailey. Great staff, great service. Thank you SBH.”

“We are very grateful for the excellent care that we have received from the Linworth Pharmacy Staff. They are wonderful! The Pharmacists have been very careful to ensure that the medications are safe for my family. Pharmacist Mr. Patel has given special effort to order medication that will not affect our allergies. All of the Pharmacists and assistants are compassionate, skilled and friendly. We trust them completely with our healthcare. We appreciate their kindness, integrity and expertise very much. We highly recommend Linworth Pharmacy.”

“Such a friendly and knowledgeable team. I love that it is a family pharmacy and my prescriptions are also a fraction of the cost they used to be at a big name pharmacy. O’Reilly also doesn’t sell cigarettes or candy which is true preventative health care. So grateful to have found them!”

“Ricky was working this morning when I picked up some photos for my store. He is such a nice young man! He had me check to be sure they were OK and when I found a problem, he was quick to show me how we could fix it. He helped me reprint the photos and called me in my car when they were ready. It just seems that he would’ve done whatever was needed to be sure I had a good day.”

“Four stars for a Kroger? From me??? Yep. This place gets bad reviews, though 2 1/2 stars average is pretty standard for Krogers all across town, I see. (Bexley's is absolutely the worst.) The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, though there is a wonky diagonal "street" in it. We parked in a spot right by the front door, at 11am on a weekday. Inside, staff were friendly, the place is bigger than others made it sound, it was clean, things were well organized. Well, a disclaimer on that last part: they are rearranging things, so there were some empty areas, some closed-off aisles, the dog food was split between aisle 1 and like aisle 14. But, work in progress. And staff were very helpful with questions about where stuff was. I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed. And I was there with my mom, and ran to get some things on her list, pretty easily. The selection was decent. There were some really good sales on meat (I got too much, and that's with passing on some steak.) Produce was good. Bathrooms were clean. Many (self-serve) checkout lanes open. I came with a bit of trepidation, and left happy.”

“I got to meet Tadrion at Kroger today. He was bagging the groceries for the lady before me whom happened to be blind, come to find out. She was temporarily left behind by the person who was supposed to be helping her. Tadrion jumped right in and assisted while everyone else just stared acting as though they had no idea what to do, myself included.
Thank you Tadrion for showing us how this is done. You’re a wonderful human. Keep shining!!
I hope you see this.”

“We came too early because the Kroger voicemail recording said the pharmacy opened at 8am instead of 9am. But that wasn't the fault of the pharmacist. The pharmacist was kind and quick and accurate and opened a couple of minutes early to start my order. Great service!”

“Seeing all of these reviews really makes me wonder and hope that these people can open their eyes and reflect on themselves…(there are so many factors Doctors, nurses, insurances. But it is very easy to blame the pharmacy)from what my family and I see from this location is a bunch of hardworking (sometimes overworked) individuals.so sometimes they ask us to wait longer but we understand that We are NOT the only people who fill at this location. We understand they they’re HUMANs and not robots. Maybe, if you’re expecting robots and not humans who have to work 50+ hours each week to meet the demands that rude, pushy, and unreasonable people put on them. Maybe, they would be happy to see you. There are plenty of other locations, maybe see if you like them better.…I visit this pharmacy at least once every 2 weeks to pick up someone’s medicine. I consistently see the same people and I am THANKFUL That they come to work everyday. They’re always kind, nice, and some are even willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions or help me and my family. So, with all of that said THANK YOU CVS PHARMACY ON PARK ROAD. Thank you for your patience and hard work! And please please keep smiling and helping even when you’re faced with unruly people!”
