This store is very cute and has a great variety, we have been here twice. The first time, the lady who helped us was so friendly. But when we went yesterday, the lady we encountered was so rude that even my mother in law commented after we left (and spent good money there). I will stop going somewhere if the customer service makes me uncomfortable, and this lady most definitely did.

Bought a 5T hoodle for my grandson who is 2.5 years old couldn't even get over his head very expensive and they will not take it back or exchange because it doesn't have the tags. I will never shop at this store again, beware of poor customer service

Everything in here is DARLING! I got my daughter some adorable ohio state bows and the owner was so nice and helped me pick out the perfect baby shower gifts for a friend.

Restored my faith in people!I went there and made a purchase after shopping all day. I put down my packages to pay and also asked the quickest way to get to Barnes and Noble. Whhen I got to the store a woman (early 60s) from lillylimes was there and asked me if I was just at her store. I had left a shopping bag at her store and she walked down to Barnes and Noble to return my package. I didn’t even know I forgot a bag as I had made numerous purchases. I was so surprised I don’t know if I thanked her sufficiently or not but that was one of the nicest acts of kindness I have experienced in a long time. What a kind and wonderful person!

My granddaughter and I were in the shop today. Such friendly and helpful associates and wonderful and unique products. Happy to shop here today and in the future. Kudos to Gidget for being extra kind!

I loved the store the minute I walked in ! It was colorful and fun . There's everything from adorable tiny purses , OSU gear to Dr. Suess .Definitely a great place to shop for your littles .
