It is filthy, currently they are doing maintenance during open hours, wrong prices at checkout, and even two Sundays ago I got there at 9 AM and after a half of shopping there wasn't one cashier. It's all self checkout, though a lady did help out with my bagging. It appears I'll need to have my groceries delivered from Walmart moving forward.

Love this Kroger! It's not the closest grocery store to my house but the staff is always kind and friendly to me & my young kids so we keep coming back. Customers are friendly too.

I wouldn’t consider returning or giving as many stars if it wasn’t for the best customer service I received from the bagger, I think her name is Megan. The cashier, Syerra, was extremely rude and should be either fired or retrained! Not only did she seem frustrated to do her job, she was literally throwing my groceries and did not say a word to me. Thank God I didn’t have any glass!! The bagger did an excellent job although Syerra was tossing everything at her, she even threw a few things off the conveyer belt. I understand trying to be fast, but once she was done she didn’t even try helping the bagger.

Iam fed up with this store and it's managers who follow us through the store for no reason at all

Four stars for a Kroger? From me??? Yep. This place gets bad reviews, though 2 1/2 stars average is pretty standard for Krogers all across town, I see. (Bexley's is absolutely the worst.) The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, though there is a wonky diagonal "street" in it. We parked in a spot right by the front door, at 11am on a weekday. Inside, staff were friendly, the place is bigger than others made it sound, it was clean, things were well organized. Well, a disclaimer on that last part: they are rearranging things, so there were some empty areas, some closed-off aisles, the dog food was split between aisle 1 and like aisle 14. But, work in progress. And staff were very helpful with questions about where stuff was. I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed. And I was there with my mom, and ran to get some things on her list, pretty easily. The selection was decent. There were some really good sales on meat (I got too much, and that's with passing on some steak.) Produce was good. Bathrooms were clean. Many (self-serve) checkout lanes open. I came with a bit of trepidation, and left happy.

lol I like this Kroger because I never have to interact with anyone, it's easy to get in and out, and has what I need. the layout and shelving was just changed up in the last 30 day.

The pharmacy helped me get my meds when other pharmacies were out of stock. Kroger pharmacy has my business from now on. They went above and beyond to help manage my medical care, I am thankful for them. The pharmacist helped me when I really needed help. Thank you.

They almost always have a human running a register. A rarity these days. Still too many products mispriced.

There are currently no words to describe this place nor the lack of customer serviceIt would be well worth it to spend few extra in gas and go to the henderson rd location unless you like to spend hundreds of dollars a month in groceries to have their staff follow you around like you are a thief. Trust me when I say I have sent a load of money I'm that store

This store is conveniently placed and decent size (not too big, not too small), and I wish I had more good to say about it. The customer experience is TERRIBLE!!!! It didn't used to be, but it has gone seriously downhill and corporate needs to get involved. Always out of common items (I've never left with everything I need), not well stocked, self check out only, and horrible staff without any customer service training, or knowledge, of their own store. I had cancer last year and after some surgery could barely walk. My 12 year old son was with me to put things in the cart, check out, etc. since I couldn't lift anything over 5 pounds. We couldn't find an item and had spent some time looking for it. We came across a staff person and asked for help and she was awful. Wouldn't help us, wouldn't call a manager, and was rude. I left the store in tears. If you have the time, go anywhere else.

No manager, no customer service, dirty and not much food. This store is in steep decline and the neighborhood deserves better.

I've been going to this Kroger for a long time and I can say it's quite nice. It's small but has everything you need. There's not anything super special but the employees and helpful and kind.

I bought a bottle of sangria in this place and I left it forgotten. I returned the next day and they couldn't return it to me because my identification document has expired. However, they did not refund me the money or return the bottle. It seems that the staff all the time is unwilling to solve any problem.
