Listed as a bank open past normal banking hours on a Saturday closed and locked when I arrived. I'm a digital age it's impossible to keep up with store hours unless the online postings are accurate. What a shame

This is the worse banking location I’ve ever been too, very rude tellers and not willing to help. Every time I go in there for a request they tell me they cannot do it on their side when another employee has done the same exact thing. I’ll tell them it’s been done before and they’ll look at me like I’m stupid or peasant.Sat there and lied and acted like they were looking up information for me and never said anything cause they were too busy paying attention to a lady with a wiener dog sitting right on the counter, brought the dog out treats and everything. Dogs cannot make money so how are they being better served than a human in the bank. I’m a black man and I know what it feels like to be discriminated, the same heavy set white lady with brown and yellow teeth, every time I walk in there she makes me feel like she is discriminating and not willing to help me.also what’s up with the training? These tellers here are very uniformed and don’t know a lick of nothing. I will never go to this location again.

Closed on Sunday, website and Google maps says its supposed be open right now but neglectful of hours not properly updated. Shameful and should be shut down

Jeff the business banker was just absolutely lovely to us. Gave us SO much information, allowed us to use his PC to access the gov business portal, and when the ultimate decision to close the account came- did so with grace and speed. He's a top notch banker and excellent in customer service. If every banker was like Jeff, life would be so much easier.

Love Huntington. Always had great experiences. Another branch in my hometown truly saved my family during the 2008 recession when we were struggling. Now today I am in the process of buying a house of my own. With a super soon closing date, I am running frantic to get everything done. I called and spoke with a banker at this branch today who was able to walk me through several fund transfer processes over the phone and was so helpful and patient with all my questions, even with the sounds of a hair salon in the background on my end! He was so patient, helpful and kind, despite the noise and my having to rush. Will always recommend Huntington.

What a slow and anti client environment.I was the only one waiting for a banker to initiate a wire transfer. Both Bankers where simply chatting not business, knowing that a customer is waiting for them.I used to love dealing with the Huntington, up until today. I understand this is only this location problem. I wish they can see my review and improve. Bank is for business not for chatting.

Whenever I have needed a letter on letterhead from Huntington I have never had an issue until yesterday. Kept saying they would get it but that wasn’t what I needed and going back and forth completely unprofessional. I took the paper I had into the beachwold location at high and he Derain and they took care of me right away no questions asked said yep that’s what you need I don’t understand why worthington couldn’t do it. They almost cost huntington a customer who has been with them for over a decade!!! Will continue to go to the location at high and Henderson. They understand customer service and how to treat people

It was my first time going inside this particular huntington bank branch. I had such a lovely experience with 2 different tellers. They went above and beyond for me. Normally I feel uncomfortable when I tell people I have extreme visual dyslexia and that it makes it hard for me to write numbers correctly and read them correctly. The wonderful teller I had took care of everything writing down everything I needed to be filled out on my cashiers check. Whom ever the staff was at 10am made my experience lovely and both taller should recieve a wonderful raise :)
