Last week I had to place a block on our main checking account due to fraudulent activity on the account. I received inconsistent and incorrect information from many people at the bank, and many mistakes were made: I had an outstanding check and I was told by person #1 that the account could be unblocked and re-blocked to allow it to clear. Wrong! According to person #2, that cannot happen! So my outstanding check bounced and I got charged! Then, we found out that a single user account had been opened to replace our joint account so both of us had to actually go in to fix that. Now, almost 2 weeks later, I called to ask when we might expect our new checks and person #1 tells me they were never ordered! Of course, I had previously emailed person #2 about this but person #2 never replied to my email. This is enough for now so I will conclude by saying I am super disappointed and really surprised by the poor quality of the service received.

Fifth Third Bank in Worthington is awesome! I love that they offer to educate customers on new products rather than just make a sale. They really care about matching products to the individual customers.The teller line is always super friendly and efficient!

Worst bank for a car lone the teller got my Bank account or routing number in wrong was late on a payment they waived the late payment since it was their fault for getting my bank account number wrong. So I had to do two months payments June and July if payments on one day and yet they still pushed it back to the original payment date so the payment did not come through once again. After 10 calls with my bank and this bank problem is finally taken care of

I have had a problem with logging in for 2 years. I was very frustrated by the Customer Service Line. It seemed I would never be able to access my account online or over the automated system. It made me very unhappy with banking. I went in to the Worthington Branch for help expecting noting great. I was very delighted to have the nice Lady sit with me and get everything straightened out. I'm a nervous person and don't like to be a bother. She made me feel comfortable and valued. For someone like me, the extra steps and caring mean a great deal. Thank you.

Slow. Fee you to death. Had five checks to cash and charged me a fee for each individual check. Go to another bank. ALWAYS have issues and lots of questions about what type of check and what it is from. Transactions never go smoothly.

Worst bank ever. Their "no fee" Military Banking Program for active duty military charges a $5 fee every month if you are away on an assignment and don't take money into or out of your account. Too bad you can't give them less than one "star".
