Should provide chairs to sit, it's that long it took them to attend to me. I felt very dizzy with all the waiting and standing that I almost fell off. Very bad service!!

I had the misfortune when visiting this location of dealing with an employee named John. This "gentleman" had a pock marked face, a far away look in his eyes, and a robotic inflection to his speech. I'm pretty sure this guy was mentally disturbed, definitely very creepy at the least. He couldn't have been any more rude, I'm not sure "rude" is a big enough word for this person's over the top behavior actually. I at one point told this person I did not apprieciate his rudeness and he threatened to call the police. It was amazing. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT FedEx/Kinkos ever again.

You never know what you’ll get working with a company to help you print - but today I worked with DARRAH at this FedEx location to help do a custom print job for my wedding in two days. And he absolutely nailed it. He helped me pick out card stock, formatting, sizing, even with stands for the sign. He was an absolute expert, professional, efficient. Within one hour I had perfect signs printed out. It was truly the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx, UPS, Staples, Kinkos. It is worth it to drive thirty minutes out of your way to work with him because he will get it done right and get it done quickly. Thank you to the whole team.

FedEx drivers are lazy, and don't even attempt delivery before pushing the 'customer not available/route blocked' button. Every package I have delivered has issues where FedEx fabricates a story that they made a delivery attempt but they don't actually show up. There is no excuse for this.
