One of my favorite places in Columbus, amazing service, polite staff and the most long lasting pedicure I've ever had! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new nail salon. Sometimes you do have to wait 20 mins because of it being a small establishment but totally worth the wait.

I booked a pedicure for Sunday April 21. I had a gift card and thought this was a great way to try a new nail spa. The gentleman who gave me the pedicure was nice and held a conversation with me. He did get up a couple times to help others, check his phone, etc, but that didn't bother me as I was in no rush. When I went to pay, I was informed that they wouldn't accept my gift card. I was given a few excuses: it was purchased at another location which is now closed, the owner sold off the locations, Covid affected things, they used to take these gift cards, but don't anymore, etc. The gift card clearly shows the Worthington location as a valid location. This is terrible customer service and is a downright dirty business practice. I will never recommend or go to this location again. I will also make sure I tell this story to anyone who will listen. Elli lost potential future business by not taking the gift card.

Booked a last-minute appointment on a Sunday with the manager and she got my daughter-in-law her daughter and me Nager nails and toes right in and did a wonderful job and made my granddaughter feel so special

This salon, now under new management as of a couple of months ago, is amazing. Lilly and Liam are wonderful at what they do. The salon itself is located in a great part of Worthington with lots of shops and restaurants. The salon is clean and welcoming. There are so many colors to choose from too. Lilly and Liam are so talented and incredible, they always do exactly what I want and I never leave unhappy or dissatisfied. They always strive for perfection and make sure I am 100% happy with the results. I have never been to a nail salon where they are so dedicated to the customer's satisfaction. I am so happy I found Lilly and Liam and cannot recommend this place enough!

My high school granddaughter has had three nail polish appointments as gifts from me. The first one was at Eli's and the lady performed. a fabulous tasteful display of nail art. The second time we wanted to go back but schedules would not permit. We went to Graceland on a whim to "Q" Nail salon and it was a joke! They passed her around, and the lady that finished her was doing a set of "pay for nails" for her first time - on my granddaughter...She wanted a tiny snowman that she had seen on her friends nails.. the operator asked her, hmmm. What is a snowman? Two days ago I made an appointment in advance. at Eli's asking for the girl that does nail art. I wanted it to be special because our girl deserved a special day. She was given a fella that said he could not do nail art on HER NAILS. But , they told me when i made the appt that they could, and we knew for a fact that they actually had done it there on her nails before.we later Found out that they misspoke. The girl that I asked for had left months ago! I was. If I was aware of them possibly not being able to perform said service,because I would have made some calls to find the service. She is special to me, and this trip was for her. I had mine done by another operator. She did a stellar job on some very poorly kept nails.and she made them look magnificent! My daughter in law tried "dip" by even another operator, and it was prestige. She is sure to continue this in the future.But she and I just came for the fun of it. Veronica the daughter/granddaughter was our purpose for coming,As for the shop, the artists were amazing! They treated us like queens and princesses. Four hundred dollars later and my granddaughter was embarrassed to be so disappointed. You just were NOT listening to my priorities. And , we made appointments just to insure that she would get what she wanted! Unfortunately, we will be on a hunt to find someone who will TRY to replicate the nails that my granddaughter had created on her first trip. You definitely have some great abilities in your salon, just please try to be honest and more aware of what the customer wants.
