I stopped in on the way home from Columbus for something to drink. I waited 5 minutes in line to ask for the restroom key. The cashier told me the restroom closed at 10pm. Sadly, I walked over to get my drinks. Then I realized it wasn't even 10pm. I came back and showed her that, by that time, it was 9:59pm and asked again for the key. She said she has to close the restroom when she gets there. Honestly, I just wanted to wash my hands.

Clean , well stocked store, but we were traveling and they only had one restroom, waited 20 minutes before it was my turn.

there is no sign on the air machine saying it's out. I went in and asked for quarters so I could use it. They gave me quarters. The machine does not work. I go in to get my money back. Sorry it doesn't work someone keeps taking the sign off nothing we can do. NOT COOL. On top of that, horrible customer service from the people that work there.

Clerk working the register was very rude, and wiping his nasty green croc up on the counter while dealing with a customer was pretty foul ☹️

Mask mandate in place and I saw 2 employees with no masks and multipleCustomers that they are waiting on with no masks.

I guess if you check into this place enough, you can become the Duchess of the Duchess Shoppe. Fun times. This is the convenience store attached to a pretty cheap gas station on the Northside of Columbus just half a minute off of the interstate that loops around Columbus. They usually has cheap gas and it's a big spacious brand new convenience store with some decent water and decent bathrooms and the guy working here is fine. This gas station kind of let me down because I did the credit card and I had everything ready to go only to find out that the pump was disconnected. Yes it processed my credit card and told me to start fueling only for me to discover that the handle was hanging off and the pump wrapped up in a plastic bag and not connected to the actual talk. Once I moved to a different pump things went fine and it was one of the cheapest gas stations in the area which I appreciated. They sell some pretty good spring water at a decent price so I picked up one of those. They have a bathroom which isn't particularly awful so that helped as well. I made a singing video in there and all is well that ends well. Then I drove to Buffalo. Directly. Stopping only to pee out the water that I bought here. TMI.

The girl at the checkout was so rude. Said we could not use the bathroom at 6:45pm. We pumped gas and could not use the facilities
