Ricky was working this morning when I picked up some photos for my store. He is such a nice young man! He had me check to be sure they were OK and when I found a problem, he was quick to show me how we could fix it. He helped me reprint the photos and called me in my car when they were ready. It just seems that he would’ve done whatever was needed to be sure I had a good day.

Most of the female staff in the pharmacy are extremely rude via phone or in person. Especially the one with the long curly hair. I’m so tired of being rude to even though it’s close to my home I’m going further and to a different pharmacy name all together then deal with the staff here. Don’t waste your time.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I called to get a script transferred because good rx coupon is cheaper at CVS than Walgreens. I don’t currently have insurance and needed anxiety medication urgently . I was told they are really busy with a tone. Spoke to someone named Tara. She kept cutting me off and wasn’t listening to what I was telling her. My script had my middle name as my last at other pharmacy. I used a Telehealth visit not my primary dr and things got messed up. Got a call the next day said the pharmacy I’m transferring from didn’t have it. I asked did use my middle name ? She said no then the other pharmacy said no one reached out then script was lost in limbo. Got no updates called another CVS the lady there recovered the script and it was filled in 5 minutes!!

Walked in on Sunday morning, and no one was managing the register, which is ok I guess… slow Sunday, maybe stocking something, that’s fine. But then I saw a group of three employees chatting in the middle of the store that had noticed I walked in and camped out a register. No one came, I had to go to their group, and ask for service at the front to purchase stamps. The clerk took all of five seconds to look for them, shrugged, and said “try USPS.”
I duhno man, sorry to interrupt your chatting session, I’m just here trying to buy stamps that the website says you sell. Horrible service, business going elsewhere. 1 star for store being clean. 1 star for being centrally located.

All the store staff deserve 10 kudos...Bobbi, Naomi, Debbie, Musa, Rickey, Storm...\nI am saved over $700 shopping at 5 local CVS stores locally these past 7 weeks! Hooray! Dr. Bob

This is the best CVS hands down!! The entire staff (including pharmacy staff) are always super friendly and extremely helpful. I drive a few extra miles just to visit this CVS location because of their top notch customer service :)

Don't bother scheduling an appointment in the minute clinic here. After filling out all the documents on there website and reserving a 630 appointment for a flu vaccine it was never fulfilled. Although they sent me a text confirmation and asked me to sit in the waiting area to be called this never occured.. i even waited a half hour passed my scheduled time in all 3 areas of the waiting room minute clinic and I was never acknowledged nor again was my name ever called. When attempting to talk to a minute clinic representative they either shut the door or took another patient with what I'm assuming another schduled time. At least have the decency and courtesy to say something to me... like anything especially after you've seen me sitting in the waiting for a prolonged period of time. Try your luck elsewhere and don't waste your time or money at this location.

No improvement needed. Found everything I needed quickly. The aisles are clearly labeled to find exactly what you need. Shelves well stocked. I was helped by Naomi at checkout. She was very patient and kind. She's an outstanding employee.

It seems to take a long time to get prescriptions refilled here. I have multiple medications and have to make multiple return trips to get my prescriptions refilled. It took a week just to get my metformin refilled.

The location is convenient, and some of the pharmacy staff are decent, so it took me a while to give up on this CVS. There is at least one woman working in the pharmacy who is rude and seems committed to NOT helping customers save money. By comparison, the team at the Wilson Bridge Kroger will check insurance prices vs. a discount program and will give you the better price. The person at this CVS is snippy when you question the several hundred dollars a month cost (for an extremely common Rx) and does not mention any discount programs, even though they would make an exponential difference. I had to learn the hard way that there were other options. Very unhelpful and cost me hundreds. Beware and consider not getting your scripts filled here. I never will again.

I went to CVS with a friend of mine to have pictures made. He bought several pictures and also a canvas print. The lady that helped us Lasheba was outstanding with her help she was an absolute delight to work with. Both my friend and I completely enjoyed are experience at CVS because of Lasheba excellent customer service.
