I wish I could give zero stars. It was $40 for a manicure, but when I left 3 of my fingers started bleeding and less than 8 hours after, 2 nails already chipped. Waste of time and money.

Biggest waste of $50 I've ever spent. I had dip nails with tips done with the older lady. They are so lumpy and several that point up (which she told me was my nail pointing that way and she couldn't fix it). I've been having my nails done for 25 years and this might be the worst they have ever looked. I have an appointment at a different salon to have them soaked off and redone. So disappointed I wasted so much money.

After reading this salon’s reviews, I decided to set an appointment since i am new to this are It’s my 30th birthday tomorrow and I had a tight timeline. When I arrive I’m told to pick a color and that I’ll be helped “right away”.. 15 minutes I waited……. then 30 minutes is going by. The man and the woman inside of the salon kept telling me they’d be right with me. After asking how much longer, I was told to come back at 5:30pm? When I had scheduled an appointment already? Unprofessional.

Had an appointment SCHEDULED/confirmed by salon for 4:30pm today. After reading the salon's started reviews, I was hoping it would be my new regular spot since I have moved..... Nope. After arriving on time for my appointment I was asked to pick a color and that they'd be with me right away. 15 minutes passes... the man and the woman again say they'll be wish me right away. Another 15 minutes goes by and I ask what the deal is. The male nail technician looks me right in the eye and says to come back in an hour... Why would you confirm an appointment with a customer that you can't keep? I understand that they may have gotten busy.. but I was told over and over they'd be right with me... and then asked to come back? Unprofessional. I've never encountered something like this ever. Very disappointing

I had hoped this local business would be my nail salon, but after being told 1) the chronic dry skin on my hands would be “unappealing to my husband, so needs better moisture” 2) that I need to make an appointment next visit (I had an appointment but they didn’t ask my name when I was called back), and then being told 3) I need to moisturize more so my hands don’t look “as aged,” (I am 45 with normal hands), I decided to be done with John and not return. This was my second visit there in a month and both times John made these little comments that weirdly felt like digs. It was weird.Services: Manicure

I finally found a nail salon that I like after moving here 3 years ago. The shop is family oriented offering quality products charging the correct rates. They are also customer centric and super funny. This is the only nail shop that I am happy to spend my money at. Lol, the service and atmosphere is so great that I actually enjoy tipping them. If you are from the South like I am and are looking for an experience that mimics down south hospitality this is your place. Just beware that the owner is super witty and a real character. ??

The first time I went John was very nice and kind. He helped fix another salons mistake. I decided I’d come back. The second time he was kind of quiet and seemed upset but everyone has their day. The third time I had gotten a gift certificate for my birthday so I went hoping to have a good experience. I unfortunately had the worst experience. The nails weren’t good not horrible but not good. I asked for deep red and he used purple ? I told him I didn’t like it, which made him even more irritated. He accused me of breaking a nail off the color palette although I never touched the palette. He repeated himself several times that I broke it. So disappointed. The pedicure I received was ridiculous, not even relaxing and nor was it worth the price. Will never go back.Services: Pedicure

I got a basic pedi and mani with polish. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. John was very thorough. Services were expensive, and pricing wasn't super clear. Wouldn't return.

This is a neighborhood, family owned/operated nail spa & they consistently do fabulous nails! Their location is clean & they have top quality products & endless colors to choose from. Their pedicure chairs are massage chairs which makes sitting for your pedicure even more relaxing. Central Nails is an all around excellent place for all your nail beautification needs!

I’m new to the city and after having my nails botched at another salon, I came here based on the reviews that John was great. The first time he was very kind and helpful so I decided to come back. Since then he’s has been very rude and aggressive anytime I ask for anything. He rolled his eyes at me when and rudely exclaimed “Why would you want that” when I asked for stiletto nails. He threw his nail file down at me and told me to shape my nails myself when asked for the shape to be narrower. I asked if he could use the drill to get some spray paint out from under my one nail when I was getting a fill and he got mad and told he would charge me a lot more for that. When it first happened I thought maybe he misunderstood me and overreacted but now it happens every single time I go and it’s made me so uncomfortable and upset that I will never go back. If I wanted a man to be rude to me, I could achieve that so many other ways without paying him over $100 every visit to do so. Also, if you want more simple nails, this place is fine but if you want anything special, specific shapes or even colors, this is not the place. The gel color selection is very limited.
