“Shopping for a new windshield is never really fun, I contacted the dealer and they told me they use K & D auto glass so I went right to the source and I'm glad I did.They were about a week out on scheduling. I came down from Delaware, OH and ended up being about a half hour late for my 8am appointment, the traffic by the airport was bumper to bumper at that time of the morning (just a heads up!).K & D were about $100 cheaper than the competition and had me out of there and back on the road in AN HOUR!The front office lady is very friendly, if we need auto glass again K & D is where we'll go.Service: Auto windshield replacement”

“I really don't understand the grievances mentioned in the negative reviews of this place. My experience was 5 stars from start to finish.
I hit a deer, and scheduled an estimate for 7/11. They conveyed the estimate to my insurance, and we scheduled the work to begin on 7/17. It was nice to receive the text updates and have the ability to see the progress in the portal they send to you. After starting repairs, they found additional damage (typical) and sent that in for approval to the insurance. They estimated that my vehicle would be complete on 7/26, but to my surprise, they notified me on 7/24 that they were able to finish early!
They were even able to take my rental car since it was with a company they know, and take care of returning it. Everyone I met was polite and helpful. They did a great job on the repair, washed the car, AND cleaned the inside which I wasn't expecting at all.
Every body shop has a lead time on repairs, and parts being delivered. The process will never be as fast as some people would like it to be, but I can say that I am very happy with this Gerber location.”
“The process took longer than expected for two reasons. Damage occurred while at the shop that was not Gerber’s fault and they took care of it. There were some quality issues with the work that was addressed with Vince and Abigail. After I brought it to their attention they took care of it.

“Want to give a big shout out to the team at Safelite in Norwood, MA. Kevin was the technician. There are my times I can say WOW, but this location far exceeded my expectations in customer service, job done completely well and superior all around Team. The waiting room had air conditioning and was very clean. There is a very nice McDonalds across the street as well. I have gone to the Raynham, MA location and it doesn't hold a candle to this group in Norwood. Just all over pure excellence! I highly recommend this location with a round of applause! “The service I received was exceptional. The service team member, Hugh, arrived at my residence promptly at 8:00 AM. Regrettably, I missed his initial call due to a technical issue with my alarm system. Upon returning his call 20 minutes later, Hugh informed me that he would return after completing another repair. Despite the inclement weather, he kindly returned to my location.
Although the weather conditions prevented him from performing the replacement at my residence, Hugh suggested that I accompany him to the shop, where he promptly completed the replacement. Additionally, he efficiently repaired my rearview mirror and reattached it. Furthermore, he rectified an issue with my rain sensor that had persisted since my previous replacement.
Hugh's exceptional service extended beyond the initial repair. He meticulously cleaned the work area, and I noticed a remarkable reduction in cabin noise with the newly installed glass compared to the original equipment manufacturer's windscreen.
