Amy is truly the best of the best. She made our selling experience so smooth. She is the ultimate professional in all aspects of the home sale process. Amy was pivotal in helping us coordinate contractors to make finishing touches prior to listing. She make excellent and thoughtful recommendations which undoubtedly helped improve the desirability of the home. Her knowledge of the local market and neighborhood allowed us to price our home appropriately, which led to multiple wonderful offers within a day of hitting the market. Amy was fabulous through out the entire process. She was very patient answering questions, redrawing contracts with our ever changing terms ☺️. It’s safe to say my first time home buying experience was enjoyable and stress free(as stress free as it can get I guess) and it would not have been possible without Amy. She is very reachable and we never felt like we had to wait on her for anything, extremely professional. We’d give her 6 stars if we could!

This was the best experience that I have ever had with a realtor in my entire life (I've bought and sold several homes over the years). Amy was kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She walked along side us and explained everything so that we understood and felt comfortable with the process. She frequently checked in to make sure that we were okay each step of the way. She also personally showed up for every event, including photos, signing of paperwork, etc. When we were out of town, she came to our house to let various people working on our house in and waited until they were finished. She was truly excited for us when we sold our home and bought our new house. She allowed us to cry and say goodbye to our beloved house that sold. After this experience, I would call her a friend and wouldn't hesitate to refer her to anyone that wanted the best experience in a real estate situation. Thank you Amy!

Greg Giessler helped us sell my mom's condominium in Worthington after she passed away last year. The condominium had some interesting features, but also had areas that needed significant updating. With Greg's help we were able to address the most important issues and prepare the unit for listing. The professionals that Greg was able to bring in (photographers, electricians, plumbers, etc.) were all top notch people to work with and they made it possible to present mom's condominium in the best possible light.
