Do not use the bathroom here unless you want to be reminded of an airplane bathroom in the 1970s. I had to change my clothes from how much cigarette smoke what's on it. It's a nice reminder of why we outlawed that.

I was at the pump trying to do the tap to pay for my gas and it wouldn't work as I turned around to look towards the the gas station the lady employe locked eyes with me, and came outside to let me know it wasn't working and guided me into the station to use it inside, I really appreciated it, great experience, good employee,, that's why I always come here

Bathrooms always closed. There isnt anything wrong with them, but obviously they'd rather be lazy and convenience themselves than their customers.The moron working the register tried to charge me for putting WATER into my own mug.

Bought a $100 gift card from them last Christmas. The employee did not activate it at the register. So they basically just stole $100 from me.

One of the only things in the area open after hours. I arrived at 11:55p and even though it is “24 hours” the sign said they’re closed from 11:45-12:15I patiently waited until 12:15 just to be told that they’re still not going to open for an undetermined amount of time. I asked for an estimate of time and got none. This is completely in the way and beyond frustrating considering almost no stores reintroduced 24-hour service since COVID2020I know a gas giant like BP won’t be too affected by a bad Google review, but I will not be going to Duchess if I have any other option.It gets one star and not zero because you can at least still buy gas at the actual pump instead.

Drove out of my way 15 min to use a Christmas gift card for $25 for gas. Had to go inside to use the card. Get $40 worth of gas. Use gift card, pay for rest with card. Ask cashier to throw out gift card. He says no keep it- it wasn't used. Then he proceeds to tell me that split payments aren't accepted with gift cards. AFTER I PAID. I said why wouldn't you tell me that BEFORE I paid using my card? He just shrugged.

Conveniently located , easy in easy out for those who wants to quick fill and get back on the roads. I always stop by at this location for gas. I never been inside the store so not sure about in store service but gas station is always clean and comparatively cheaper gas around this area.
