“I dropped the ball , I admit it , I was in a complete and udder breakdown this evening, sent a DM to a friend with 2 questions to ensure I was doing my back taxes correctly. I am in awe of Janine. Not only did she answer my message after hours ( after 8 , she answered!!) she told me to give her a call. So I did , still thinking I just was asking a couple of questions, no no no that wasn't how Janine does business. She asked if I had time , she would stay on the phone with me for at least an hour making sure all Is were dotted and Ts were crossed.
