I brought my childhood pup (he was 17) here for end of life about 2 years ago. They handled everything so elegantly and thoughtfully that fast forward to now, I have decided to take my new pup here who is just over 3 months old now.
The care has been phenomenal through 3 visits, the staff is absolutely awesome and care about every pet that walks through the door, and my puppy absolutely loves everyone there.
Bring some treats with you for visits, and enjoy a likely positive experience!

Prompt, knowledgeable, and compassionate; they were great with my cat, didn't try to sell me on anything they didn't think she needed, and even called a couple days later to check on how she was doing.

Started with AHOW when I got a new puppy six months ago. We always have a great experience. The vet techs and doctors are so caring. And the practice is managed well, too. Highly recommend.

My neighbor recommended animal hospital because my cat has something going on with her belly and it turned out there was a mass growing in her belly they done an emergency surgery and she seemed to be better not completely healed yet though it's been a week since surgery and they're willing to allow me to make the remainder of her balance on a payment plan

Let start with the positives, the Dr’s seem nice although far more expensive than my previous vet. I was there and PAID for my dogs examination and for a prescription dog food ($140 a bag) in the room and when I left I stopped by reception to get the food. I told the middle aged lady I had paid in the room, she got on computer and said “No you didn’t pay”. She basically called me a liar, when in fact the receipt quite clearly showed I had already paid. She pretended like she looked it up on the computer when the only liar here is Worthington Veterinary Hospital and this middle aged receptionist. They did correct the issue after I brought it to their attention on my drive home. I simply will not do business with a company accusing me of being a lair. I was offended and quite angry with the situation and have moved all my records to another clinic. It is my understanding that the middle aged lady is no longer there but the damage is done.
