I contacted Schreiner Hardware in hope they would be able to help repair a cordless drill. While they were willing to try, they were unable to repair the drill. They were upfront about what they might be able to do or not do. Their customer service was very good and I appreciated their efforts and communication. Thank You

This is the best hardware store in the city. The staff is so efficient and courteous. It's hard to believe how much they can fit into that floor space. I just picked up a very large box item, and I was in and out, loaded by them, in under five minutes on a Saturday! Great team!

Went in here, bought a couple new pieces of wood, and there was a kid at the register, think his name was Brady or something. Great kid, hope to see him do something great at ace hardware.
