The owner at AAA Background Checks was super sweet and helpful. I came in 20 minutes before closing and she sat me down right away and was very helpful during the process. She explained what to write down and how to send information out. The work was quick and concise, and definitely cheaper than going to a police station or BMV.

The branch in Worthington don't respect time, they told you they would open at 8:30am but no one shows up till after 11 am so disgusting for wasting peoples time. They don't deserve even a star

I had the best experience here! Kathy was wonderful and she knew exactly what I needed and how to help me. It was quick and efficient and not as expensive as some other background check options. AAA is great!

One of there trucks Elite AUto Service driver struck my truck as I drove by. I got out to see if there was damage and to get the trucks license plate. When going to the back of the truck the driver pulled a gun on me and ordered me to get back in my vehicle. The towing company has taken zero responsibility and neither has AAA.

I haven't actually used their services, (though it gets busy so they must be good...)but I frequent another business in the building. NOTE: their office is through the door FACING the tiny parking lot and UP THE STAIRS. They are on the second floor. A lot of people ask, thought it might be helpful to have it here.
