Went to the automatic touchless car wash and bought an ultimate Wash, but the wash had almost no pressure and only half of the nozzles worked. My car was dirtier when I left than it was when I pulled in. There was no attendant or any way to call anyone, but there was a placard saying if there was a problem to fill out a comment card by the change machines, in the comment card holder was empty. No luck on the box either, so I'm guessing that it's never checked. It's not a big deal, however if you Don't have a customer service number anywhere and the only way that a customer can contact you is broken it's a principal thing. Fix your equipment, and make a way to address your customer's concerns and problems.

If you need a quick self-service car wash this meets the needs to facility was cleaned everything worked as it should I would come back and use this facility again if I was in the area

Also known As Platinum Car Wash (Name on the sign).Here’s my experience.Vacuum had bad suction, parking lot was awkward to maneuver in and had very large potholes within the exit. Trash cans weren’t cleaned so couldn’t put much in them. Spent $6.00 vacuuming and used the touch less clean bay, paid the $5 one since I didn’t have much faith in it. Seemed to work fine until I went to pull out, the dryers didn’t even turn on. So my car wasn’t dried had to air dry. I guess it’s cool they’re open 24 hours in case no one else is open. Won’t be going back!

Overcharged me and I couldn’t call service for refund. Either that or the price was misleading. I wouldn’t use this service again.
