I can't say enough positive things about Tyler and the rest of the Wooster Community Retail Pharmacy staff. They are a big part of my health care team. They treat my family and I with dignity and respect. They work well with our doctors to ensure our medication needs are met, in a timely and safe manner. And also I appreciate the prompt service through the drive thru.

Such nice staff had all the medication I needed upon hospital release and they brought it up to my room. Ever so grateful,convient and easy to access when I had to pick up medication on another occasion ❤️

The registration department has the rudest most inconsiderate people working!! everyone else was pleasant. All employees smiled and said good morning as they passed in the halls and elevator. I think registration could take a refresher in customer relations. If mornings aren't your thing maybe look for an afternoon job.

Don't be in a hurry if your loved one is scheduled for outpatient surgery. Brought my mother in for surgery at 12:15pm, at almost 5:30pm they finally got her into the OR. Piss poor communication in outpatient department! If a Dr is running behind all flipping day perhaps you could call your patient in the morning before surgery and let them know! Been to many hospitals with my loved ones for surgeries and this place is the worst!

Specifically their Women's Pavilion: We absolutely cannot say enough about the staff at WCH's Women's Pavilion! They go over and above to answer questions, provide top notch care, and make new parents feel comfortable in a new environment and stage of life. I have never seen a staff who does this sort of thing every day make it feel warm and welcoming for every woman, child and family that comes through their doors!! From labor and delivery to postpartum and nursery, the staff was outstanding!! I highly recommend this team of people to anyone!! Thank you specifically to Lobor and Delivery's Suzy, Courtney and Lydia!!Postpartum's Ashleigh and Doris!! Nursery's Tab!! And the amazing Lactation consultant, Becky!! My heart is full of gratitude for you all!!
