Their storage units are adequate, and require a security code to enter/exit, so no complaints there. However, their billing leaves much to be desired. They keep billing me for months I've already paid for, AND for which I provided copies of cancelled checks proving payment. And after sending them written correspondence indicating that the unit had been emptied and I would no longer be renting it, I received a bill for a new month's rental, PLUS billing and late fees for months that were already paid for, and for which I have the cancelled checks. I've spent enough time, copy paper, and stamps on trying to get these folks to straighten out their bookkeeping. If you don't have the time to do their bookkeeping for them, then keep looking.

Do not use west side storage. Very rude when you call in. They locked my storage out. And I called in they said they did not lock my storage out so I showed them a picture. They did not apologize once. Chris the owner Said they would go take it off and didn't. Finally after three call in and three weeks of waiting they take it off and still not even so much as a simple apology. Tom is very mouthy and always hangs up on you. These two guys should never answer the phone. Absolutely disrespectful!!!
