Excellent service. Called to get my son out of the ditch. I was quoted about 45 minutes to an hour. The driver called me within 15 minutes and was there in about 30 minutes. Very polite and quick service. Would definitely recommend.

Called for a lockout at 7am this morning hoping we wouldn’t miss school start time. They were prompt, within 45 min and we were unlocked with 10min to spare before we needed to leave for school. Thank you! Prompt and great customer service!

Driver did a great job hooking and securing my truck on the flatbed and the driver was super nice... Only thing was he didn't have change,so I gave him a 10$ tip... Probably be a good idea to have change when someone is paying with cash?

Nothing but good things to share about Wayne county towing. They were great all around. Quick, reliable service. The man who towed for us was very kind and professional. Especially after having to come back a second time, since we did not have the keys to my husbands car the first time around. (So sorry about that) They got the job done efficiently. Great company!
