Worst time ever getting formula no one had keys to get in the locked case made me wait over an hour while they had 6 employees standing at the self checkout shocker. I've shopped at Walmart my whole life and this will be the last time.

Michael J Kacere, OD in the vision center in the Walmart at 3883 Burbank Rd, Wooster, OH 44691 is a terrible person. I walked in the center without wearing a mask, an employee approached me and told me that I had to wear a mask. I wore one. An employee in the vision center introduced me to Michael J Kacere, he was not wearing a mask but no employee of the center told him to wear a mask. At the time, there were such people who refused to wear face masks and caused troubles although it was required in public. I noticed that he was one of such people and no employee in the center dared tell him to wear a face mask, he seemed to be enjoying it. He was polite to me when he was introduced to me first time but his attitude dramatically changed after he and I walked in an exam room because there was no one else in the room. I didn't write down my occupation in the form, he asked me what my job was, I asked him why he needed to know it, all of sudden he yelled at me saying what my job was. I was shocked and scared with him. He yelled at me again to force me to answer the question. I was in extreme fear and answered the question. He also told me to put off the mask I was wearing although It was unnecessary. I was scared that I could be infected by COVID-19 due to him but his attitude was rude, I put off the mask. The entire exam process with him was an extremely bad experience. Do not go to the Vision Center in the Walmart store.

The only reason why I'm giving them a one lately when I get my prescriptions filled the number rubs off so how am I supposed to refill it when I can't read it. Two they fill the bottles all the way up to the top which makes it hard to get one pill out at a time instead you'll get a handful.

Would be a great place to put a grocery store in. I understand there are shortages , but why can they other stores have no trouble obtaining products. This is the largest grocer in the country they should be the one with all the products. I have to go with everyone else and just dread going shopping here.

Found feathers in several fried chicken pieces. They also don't rotate the chicken often you could be there at 4:30-5 and the chicken was there since noon.

When talking especially about antibiotics for an infant I should not be told on 3 different occasions one day that his prescription will be ready in 15 minutes only to come in the next and still be told its not ready. Will be changing pharmacies and recommending everyone with young children do the same

I have seen and experience better Walmart service first off the bathroom on front end men's bathroom could not lock the stall no privacy manager were notified nothing was done. Oh I needed pick up a valcume the staff sorry to say doesn't know it's product they act like they know but has no training even though it's not my home store and passing through I felt like the staff had no knowledge to the item.

I had ordered a cake and cupcakes for a graduation party. I arrived at the set time. There were 2 women in the bakery and no one offered to help me. I finally spoke up. One of the ladies went back to get my order and came out with the cake only. She checked the order and said her name was on it but it was probably taken by someone else. She acted like she couldn't be bothered. There was no order for the cupcakes. I had ordered 96 cupcakes in the schools colors. She then said she could make them. I shopped the whole grocery section and came back to the counter. 2 women were working and once again neither acknowledged me until I spoke up. One of the women then said well I'm not done with them yet. She was pretty rude in my opinion. I really wanted to just leave and leave my cartful of groceries. I waited for the cupcakes, thanked her and checked out. The lack of customer service and the "I can't be bothered" actions are why I will not order from the bakery again. I don't even want to go back to this store. She should have asked me because of the inconvenience if I wanted some kind of a discount. She did not. Extremely poor customer service!

I found out on a Saturday that my insurance company wanted prior authorization on a medicine I have been on FOR YEARS !!. Without my insurance it would have cost $404.00 !! The staff at the Wooster Walmart went out of their way to explain to me the options I had and even showed concern about me being without my medication. MORE THAN MY INSURANCE COMPANY DID !! The pharmacist assured me they would contact my doctor Monday morning and they did !! YOU ROCK !!

I've had bad and good experiences here.. Yes, they do have some good deals. Yes, they also have scary crackheads roaming around on Friday nights. I typically don't grocery shop here but when I do its okay most of the time... just the people aren't my cup of tea. The place is also pretty dirty. I guess its Walmart though, can't expect much.

Do not use the grocery pick up. It is terrible never on time on a Friday. I had a 5:00 pick up and it was delayed until 8:00. Tried to cancel but guy on phone said he didn't know how to do it. Asked to have the manager call me and still no response from anyone. I did get my money refunded back but what a hassle. Complete disappointment. Get it together Walmart.

This location is NOT enforcing the mandatory masks during a global pandemic. We are here and about 50% of the many customers here and not wearing masks, putting everyone at risk. We will not be shopping here again.
