Went to the Mansfield store and was treated like I was old and stupid. Went to the Wooster store and Kristina was the best!! She helped cancel everything the other store did to my account and was able to help me with everything I needed. I highly recommend the Wooster store! They take their time and make sure you know exactly what you're getting!

Very rude I have a medical condition and was refused service. They are not following guidelines. The mask mandate states people with a medical condition are not required to wear one

The guy helping me literally took a lunch break in the middle of my consultation and began helping someone else when he got back a half hour later. It was a 2.5 hour visit. This is why no one EVER looks forward to going to these stores. Way to maintain the stigma.

We've never loved going into Verizon, but the recent remodel to the store has made it even worse. Yesterday's interaction with the associates there, however, were the last straw. The check-in process is what it is - I've come to accept it. The bigger problem is that they've stripped the store down to a point that while you're trapped waiting your turn there's no way to research potential purchases. Nothing is labeled apart from the general categories (Apple, Samsung, etc.) so there's no way to tell what models are on display, how much they cost, or what features any of them have. OK, fine. We'll wait until a knowledgeable associate calls our name to help us. HA! I kick myself for not getting the guy's name (especially since this was our second interaction with him this year - in August we went in to ask about new phones and international plans, and came out with more questions than we had when we went in). He could not have been less interested in helping us. Barely made eye contact the whole time, and when we asked a series of questions about the features and costs of various iPhone models he replied with a "Sorry, what'd you say? I was reading." He wasn't even paying attention - he was engrossed in something totally unrelated on his tablet. When asked about current deals his answer was "uhh, well, we had some Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, but I didn't work last weekend and I'm just getting back so I'm not sure." The best answer he gave us the whole time was about the differences in cameras between the models... "Ehh, that one has more zoom and focus or something." Great. Thanks. We've had iPhones for years so we weren't total newbies when it came to the products, but we shouldn't have had to work so hard to get some simple questions answered. After a few minutes of dragging info out of a guy who was supposed to be trying to sell us on a phone we made our decision. Before he went back to the stock room to get the phone we asked about cases. He pointed to the wall on the opposite side of the store and said to let him know if we found any we were interested in. Again, no prices or features listed for any of the display items. It's an incredibly inefficient way to shop. We met him at the center kiosk where he had our phone along with a jumbled crate of cases and another associate, Debbie. Now, a bit of back story - Debbie was the one who had checked us in at the beginning and had been very pleasant. Otherwise, we'd had zero interaction with her. When we met up with them my husband made a simple comment - that he knew it wasn't their doing, but that it was really frustrating to try and shop in a store with no product information or price tags. Without any warning Debbie snatches a case out of the crate, emphatically points at the price tag on the box, and snarks something to the effect of "the prices are right HERE! WE know what they are!" At which point she throws the case down into the crate, grabs her tablet and storms off. I was so surprised I started nervously laughing because I couldn't imagine what would have made her snap like that at a customer with whom she'd barely talked to. The comment wasn't even addressed at anything either one of them had done, it was just an observation of the recent remodel. My only assumption is that while my husband and I looked at the cases the original sales guy was telling her about us at the kiosk. He did seem pretty exasperated with our asking questions about the products, but who knows - he obviously wanted to be anywhere else but there. All I know is that throwing a product in the middle of a sale was the proverbial straw. We turned around, walked out, and got a better deal on the same phone from Bryan at Best Buy. He was AMAZING - knowledgeable, helpful, got us in and out of there in fifteen minutes - couldn't have had a better experience. Needless to say, we won't be going back to our local Verizon store and w

Literally if you want to spend a day at this place, don't. It has the most uncomfortable benches and my is sore from waiting almost an hour for someone to even speak to me after walking into the store. Will honestly never come back and hope that they hire the correct staff to customer ratio.

Poor customer service. Next time I'll either buy a new phone and service through Verizon website or better through Apple store. It was near closing time in the evening and we had placed our name in the customer waiting list. We stepped outside for a couple minutes to enjoy the evening air till our slot moved up. When we attempted to walk back in they refused to let us back in due to "security" issues. The manager was just being a jerk.

Purchased a phone on black Friday being told I would have the half priced deal at my payment would drop. Later found out, that my plan did not include this deal. They can't help me now. I feel as though they lied to get me to purchase a phone. I will not return because I value when people are upfront and honest when making a purchase. It's a shame, use them for over 10 years. My next smart phone will come from Best Buy or elsewhere

I have been a Verizon customer for years and today I ran into this store to see if someone would just look at my phone as the key board stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. This is the second time I was in this store and the first time wasn't any better of an experience. Today I signed in at 12:15 by 1:30 no had said a word to me. It seems they are not interested in talking to you if you are not buying something. Even when I checked in and told the lady at the door ask what I wanted she was kinda rude when she realized I wasn't there to buy. I ended having to leave because I was late going back to work. After work I then took my phone to the Verizon place on Cleveland Road where I got service pretty much right away and after spending time with the sales associate who was able to fix my phone and explain what was the matter with it I decided to upgrade. So if someone from this store would of taken 10 minutes to even speak to me I very possible would of upgraded there. I guess I didn't appear to be buying so I wasn't worth talking too. I wouldn't suggest anyone ever shop in this store. There's one on Cleveland Road that will treat you a whole lot better.

Excellent service on a busy Saturday, and the person helping us had to put up with a lot of technology ignorance from me. I always get very intimidated when dealing with my phone, but he was incredibly helpful walking me through getting the best deal for my phone upgrade. He spent at least an hour with us and was very patient.

I had a great time at this location. Jordan was very helpful and helped me set up everything with my new phone. He helped me out with choosing the best options for me and had a lot of knowledge on the phones and plans. He is great! As an out of state customer I won't be back often, but once I am back in the area visiting I would gladly come back. :)

BUYER BEWARE: if it's too good to be true it probably is. Verizon customer service has decreased more and more over the years, and I blame Verizon Edge. They will do ANYTHING to trick people into signing up for it. Yesterday (September 25th) was the release date for the iphone 6s. I had a reservation at an apple store, but I thought about cancelling it and not getting a new iphone. Then I saw that Verizon had a promotion where they would give you $300 towards a new iphone IF you sold them your old one. I have a 5s (64 GB) that I just have not been able to sell, so this sounded great to me. I could still get my new iphone on release day! Yay! Yeah, not exactly. Before going to the store I'd done my research (or so I thought), and I called the store to make sure they were still running the promotion. The woman who spoke with me on the phone said that I would be able to get $300 for my 5s as long as I was purchasing a 6s. That's as specific as she got, didn't bother to tell me any other terms of the promotion. Once I was at the store I didn't have to wait long before I was approached by an employee. He asked which iphone I wanted, and then went in the back to get it. He didn't come out for almost twenty minutes, and when he did I saw that it was because he had a basket full of phone cases and even an ipad mini 2. I already have a mini 1 (that I got just a year ago, and have no need for a 2.) After I took the time to explain this I had to politely refuse enrollment in the verizon edge program. At this point, I just wanted to get my phone and get out. I had done my research, and no matter what the sales rep had to say I knew that verizon edge was NOT the best choice for me. I'd saved up my money, and was more than prepared to buy the phone for full price (after trading in my 5s). After the sales rep forced me to explain my personal reasons for preferring to just buy the phone all at once, he decided to respect my choice and move on. But of course we still weren't done. He then tried to sell me a phone case from his basket of accessories. I'd guesstimate that about half of the cases were a light, girly pink color. Eeew! I managed to find one case that I liked, but it's definitely worth noting that most of the cases he tried to sell to me were made for the iphone 6. The 6 cases will not fit the 6s perfectly, because the 6s is actually slimmer than the 6. I for one would like my phone case to fit like a glove. Plus, I'd preordered a case online and it is currently on its way to me. If the sales rep had simply grabbed my iphone and came out with it I would have saved so much time. But apparently Verizon has changed the way they operate. It's painfully obvious that the pay of their employees relies heavily on some type of commission, and now all they care about is sales. After that ANOTHER sales rep came over and tried to harass me about- you guessed it- Verizon Edge!! To top it all off I was told that my iphone 5s was only worth $200 (rather than $300) if I wasn't going to let them force Verizon edge down my throat. Of course. Now if you'll remember, I was NOT told this by the woman whom I spoke with on the phone and I was unprepared so I said that was fine but he'd just have to bill the new phone to the account. At Verizon it's literally impossible to bill an iphone to the phone account. It's their policy that it just isn't allowed. I understand and respect the policy, I'm sure there's a reason for it. What I'm saying is that I wasted a whole hour of my life in that godforsaken store with nothing to show for it. When did it become such a hassle just to get a new phone? Going to the phone store should be NOTHING like going to the car dealership. If/when I do order a 6s I'm just going to cut out this bothersome middleman and go straight to apple.

Great phone service and great prices (a bit miffed they got rid of NE2 and contracts with cheaper pricing, in the favor of paying off the device over 2 years, I cannot keep a phone that long, lol), but that's not the stores fault and I'm not going to dock the review because of that. I have been pleased by great service (at one point they had coffee in their store while waiting) and courteous employees that actually care about the customer. You don't see that this day and age, and it genuinely makes me happy that they know what they are doing!
