The only positive for this branch is the staff is friendly. You go to this office, wait a minimum of 15 minutes because there is only 1 person working, and the line is out the door. Went this morning. Waited in line, asked for a post card stamp, sorry, we're out. So, I still have a post card to mail and will have to travel 30 minutes. Very frustrating!

Before I talk about the building and employees: I want to say I get some of mail half opened, some never arrives, some deliveries they send an email saying that we tried to deliver but the driveway was not accessible or the front door was not accessible! LoL I mean the item was an eye liner stick the size of a kids toothbrush lol , put it in the damn mail box or better yet tell the truth you liar! There was nothing blocking my driveway and my front porch for that matter.
Post office location in Wooster
Long lines, one or two employees at most working slowly! Some could use better attitude! It's pretty sad not much can be done about the post office in Wooster. They need a new building, a new parking, better services! Like for God sake new passports and passports renewal should not be done at the post office and if they must it should be done with an appointment only!!! Listen our time is important, we are not standing in line begging for food at a shelter so you can make us wait a long time! It's not a charity! You are charging a top dollar almost what othe Big carriers charge Fedex or UPS !! Wooster post office you need an overhaul now!!!

The worst postal service ever have to drive by 25-50 mail boxes to get my mail on a state hwy 8miles from my house and have almost been hit by a car doing so....

Website doesn't load, redirects you to places you don't need, there's a 30 minute wait to speak to a live representative on customer service number, and they claimed they delivered a package to my mailbox and they gave me the key to a locker and the locker is empty. There's zero way to get in touch with anyone other than driving to the post office and standing in line and talking to them in person and I can't do that with kids.

this review isn’t so much for this particular location, but for usps in general. i made an appointment here for passport services. i arrived for my appointment at this location only to be told “we don’t do passports here anymore. our passport person transferred to a different location, and we’ve been begging usps to take the appointment system offline.” this is now the SECOND time in a month i’ve attempted to get a passport through usps (in vastly different locations) and have not been able to get one. there is no excuse for leaving the appointment system open when there are no services at this time, and there is absolutely no excuse for not calling customers to notify them when their appointments are cancelled. while for different reasons, my last appointment was also “cancelled” without proper notification. usps sucks.

Worst post office in USA! 20 people or more working in the back and only ONE person up at front desk and usually the slowest person in the place, definitely be prepared to wait in a long line. Also they have 101 excuses for not delivering packages to your door. Excuse is almost always because they are understaffed. I think one star is too much, but I have to.

Staff has always been friendly, sympathetic, and genuinely does their best to help everyone as efficiently and effectively. I stop here multiple times a week for work, and often use the Self Serve Kiosk, though it does occasionally go down. When it does, they always do their best to get it working again as soon as possible.Wait times can be long when busy, but only if they are short staffed.The building is clean and well maintained, and shelves are typically well stocked.Overall this is a great post office. The employees truly care about making sure the experience is as smooth as possible for everyone. If I ever have a problem, I just ask at the counter and they always do their best to help!
