Be very selective of what you buy, esp if it's something you wear. I have researched the makeup, YEARS expired. Bought a pair of shoes, 2 different sizes and were bought bc it was the only pair of that style (black houndstooth New Balance) one was a size 9 and the other 7.5. Google lot/batch#'s on makeup b4 use. I have found good stuff on occasion. Buy at your own risk.

Horrible experience. The staff were VERY rude. I won't be shopping there EVER again. The handful of experiences I've had there have been traumatizing due to the female staff talking negative to other staff about me as a person and then to continue to be nasty and rude to me when checking out. You would think that if I'm spending hundreds of dollars at some point they would be Appreciative of the business. Very arrogant and bad business!!!

If you like paying $25.00 for worn shoes that have been returned somewhere, have at it. This is not an isolated instance. It’s become more frequent between the Wooster and Medina stores.
