*update I did send you a reply Jason to the email you provided, did you receive it?I switched myself and my daughter from Verizon and traded in our phones and added my other daughter and bought her a phone the day after Thanksgiving 2022, I was told my daughter and I would each get $200 rebates for switching by the manager. He had to go home and let his dog out because he had been there so long and he left everything for a girl to do and I think something was selected wrong. And also I was told by all of them we would have great reception. We never got our $200 rebates because the system denied them. I visited the store and talked with the manager and he assured me he would get back to me the next week because his sister was arriving in town or he was going to visit her. But I never heard from him. Right after I had left the store I called customer service and they said that I was ineligible to receive the rebates. But the manager had used it as a selling point to get us to switch to T-Mobile instead of switching to AT&T. I was not going to upgrade our phones, but decided to as well since he said we would get $400 back on rebates. I am very disappointed with T-Mobile. And as for reception, if I drive 5 minutes from my house we have absolutely no service it just goes to SOS and traveling around Holmes County and Coshocton County it is on SOS as well. At least with Verizon we had some service when in rural areas instead of going to SOS. Overall very unhappy and frustrated that we didn’t choose AT&T. The manager had been very nice and so were all the girls in there I just don’t think it was right to sell us on tmobile and upgrades with rebates that never happened and saying that the reception is great when we were never told about the SOS issue.

Went there last Friday with my son the two girls that work there know absolutely not a thing about anything no use at all why work some place when you know nothing was the most stressful day of my life absolutely horrible

Store is not open due to hiring blitz. It should of been put on the website. Wasted a trip into Wooster for nothing. And now today on a Saturday, no one is answering the phone. I have two phones there to pick up. This is B.S.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, JASON, THE POOR EXCUSE FOR A MANAGER, IS THE WORST!!! LIED TO ME TO MY FACE JUST TO GET THE SALE...WAS RUDE WHEN I CALLED HIM OUT AND DOWNRIGHT INSULTED ME, WHAT A REAL MAN HE IS, LAUGHABLE, BEWARE AS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! EVEN HIS COWORKERS TOLD ME WHAT A BULLY HE IS.

When u disconnect from there services they will keep your credit card on auto pay until u cancel your credit card. Scammers!!!!

Horrible customer service. Went there a week ago and there was a sign saying that they were closed due to staffing but ya look inside and some girl was in there on her phone. Called today a total of 6 times, got sent to voicemail all 6 times. We’ll be switching carriers since nobody seems to work at T-Mobile.

T Mobile has the worst service. I was a sprint customer. Every since they made me go to there sim card my phone is junk. Unfortunately gonna have to jump on virizon train. Was with sprint for almost 15 years.

My employer purchased a tablet online from Amazon for me to be able to complete my duties remotely. His carrier is T-Mobile. While he did have to come down so that everything could be synced to his account. The guy (Jeff ?, I think that was his name) was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It was non-stop busy yesterday but he didn't miss a beat. He was thorough and super patient with every customer that walked in the door and on the phone. I'm not a T-Mobile customer but I might just become one after my contract with At & t is up ??

They where supposed to hold two phones over night but when we got there they only had one they sold the other one.If you live close to wooster go to another shop the people working here dont have a clue.
