I cannot order online a 11x17 color copy and have it laminated.I must have the finished product mailed to me. I cannot pick it up.This is very inconvenient.

My 80-year old mother has TRIED to do business at the Oak Ridge, TN Staples. First, they ordered a faulty printer cartridge that ruined her printer. She then went in to show them the damage it caused. She did not expect (nor ask for) a refund. All she wanted was to know they heard her and, at minimum, an apology. The manager could not care less. Later, she went in to look for a new printer. They ignored her. Even after working with another customer, they let her stand there for a long time and wouldn't acknowledge her. When she shared this on Facebook, many of her friends chimed in with stories about how bad the service at this store is. I guess they figure they are one of the few stores in town, so they don't have to care about customer service. AVOID!!!!!!

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is second to none. I have to travel from Mansfield, Ohio to the store in Wooster, and it's worth it!

Put it this way, I had to give it one star in order to review the store. Because in all honesty I would have did it a negative 5 stars. Usually when you walk into any kind of store products go along with the similar same kindof products.. all I want in for is a basic hand size daily scheduling pocket calendar, oh for sure they had it, 8 different prices, 8 different sizes all over the store not just in one area it was ridiculous. And from the moment I walked in all that could be heard was an Obnoxiously Loud Yelling, Unprofessional Boy, trying to act big boss man infront of the other employees.... Because they're absolutely want no customers show off for.......
