I'll tell you what it was one of the fastest title place I've ever been to. And the customer service was great. The gentleman that that helped me with my boat title was awesome I've never owned a boat and it just so happened that he had a boat, and he knew all the answers that I didn't know so it worked out great. Thanks for all your help

I have closed multiple transactions with Rod at Southern Title of Ohio, and I can honestly say that their great! I work in mortgages, and have used many title companies in the past. Rod and his team stand out for their expertise, commitment to personal attention, and superior service. They helped me close a transaction yesterday that was time sensitive. Never do I see escrow officer's go well beyond the call of duty to make a transaction close, except for this team. They continue to meet and exceed everyone's expectations. Most, but not all of Title shops leave at 5:00 and you end up praying that you can reach someone if the office after that for late changes to a HUD, but Southern always comes through. I highly recommend Rod and Southern Title of Ohio!
