Staff in store and also on the customer service line was not friendly and definitely did not care to help. Customer service is lacking!! I bought shoes from this place for the first time ever, my son wanted to keep the same shoes I ordered but get a size smaller. Since I ordered them a couple days before on sale I was told they cannot do an even exchange because it isn't something they carry in the store. I can exchange them but I would have to pay the current online price which 4 days later was $30 more. Say what?? This is not a normal exchange, remind you I had the receipt, original box etc. simply just needed a smaller size. The associate told me they have to pay ups to ship, yes I get that it is part of owning a Bussiness. She looked at me like even exchange is not a thing. Needless to say I will not be returning, lack of customer service, store was messy. Go to another shoe store where they want your sale!

Always shop here. Nice selection for it's size. Have went online for a bigger selection and had it delivered to the store for free. Great staff.
