Placed an special order on Wednesday night. Wanted to pick it up Saturday, gave phone to call if they had problem. No calls or anything. Went in Saturday to pick it up and No one had done anything with it at all. Then was told the one paint sample was too small do get a good read on. So had to run home and back to get a bigger one. They should have called. Put me behind the rest of the day. Was not happy. Someone dropped the ball for two days. And they were given my phone if problems.

Went Wooster store on Burbank and had the rudest person waited on me. Go to say left there with nothing and took my business to Ashland store where they cared to have my business. And it was not a small purchase.
