I drove to the E. Liberty Store From Cleveland, Ohio because "Lee" was so very Helpful during my Phone Call to the Store while searching for a product that was "Out of Stock" throughout the entire Sherwin-Williams system!We need a Gallon of Concrete Stain and the Base needed to mix was non existent. Lee made a suggestion to substitute another Base and adjust thepigments to achieve what we needed...He did a fantastic JOB and I am grateful beyond words...Thank You Lee for the Super Service...

I always use Sherwin Williams paint - but - I'd rather go to the North end store. Seems like the downtown store employees (and one inparticular) are not as knowledgeable, personable, nor helpful.
